really well appointed, newly renovated appartments. milk and tea provided, decent mini kitchen. Toasty warm on arrival.

I’m relatively fit, but no lift to carry all your gear up and down a few flights of stairs with the car park a little far was annoying. Request a lower level room if you struggle with stairs. This is a very small niggle, for nearly 350 a night, having to empty the rubbish. I found it just added to another return trip to room when you’re most likely short for hands when lugging your gear back to car. I’d stay again tough ! :-)

Beautiful apartments with great furniture and decor. Very comfortable beds. There was a mixup with rooms and we needed ground floor but we were allocated first floor with no lift. The amazing manager came back to property and found a suitable room for elderly parents. What could have been a disaster was quickly remedied. Couldn't ask for better service.

We arrived in the late afternoon and no reception. Key left in lock box. We could have sorted out room mixup before our elderly mother had to climb stairs thinking we had no other option. But as mentioned, the manager came back to property and sorted it out.

Very nice and clean living room and bathrooms. Bathrooms were stocked with plenty of toiletries and toilet paper, which was appreciated. Living room furnishings and arrangement gave plenty of seating without overcrowding the room. Powerpoints, HDMI & Bluetooth connections to the main TV were present and frequently used, which was a big plus. Blinds kept the sun out very well, which helped to give a more comfortable night's rest.

Light switches could be labelled better. Water leaks entered the apartment through the alarm speakers during heavy rain?! Provided cookware, but not basic cooking garnishes like oil, salt and pepper, which was puzzling (though unsure if this is the norm for most places)

The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. A very comfortable bed, and a great location close to town. The gardens were beautiful and well-kept. It was a pleasure to stay at this establishment.

Being elderly, we didn't like the four sets of stairs. Didn't realize this when we booked. We would request a ground-level room next time. We found it difficult to get the luggage to the room.

Beautiful, clean studio apartment with lovely comfy bed and pillows, very modern bathroom including a fantastic shower with plenty of pressure. The kitchenette was also modern and clean, and perfect for a short stay.

Being woken at 6am by neighbouring apartment. Soundproofing was terrible. The carpark was a long way from our apartment and included a couple of lots of stairs which could be difficult if you have heavy luggage.

Room was amazing , clean and tidy, the grounds are so pretty Totally recommend this place

When we arrived there was no one in the Managers Office , there was no key left in the drop box either. We rang the phone number but no one answered. We just had to hang around and just wait for someone to turn up so that was pretty disappointing as all we wanted to do was check in. Finally when he turned up there was no apology at all for making us wait. Its a shame because everything else is amazing.

Our apartment was 113 which was the first apartment as you walked in from the car park - wonderful no stairs ! It was a one bedroom apartment was very large, balcony looking onto trees. Despite being close to the road there was little to no noise at all. Bedroom again large with a very comfortable big bed. Thank you to the manager and staff for their help - very much appreciated.

Booking.com states, and they to change this, "Facilities: ​Entire unit located on ground floor" this is incorrect. I just assumed all the units are on the ground floor with no stairs? Unit numbers beginning with 1 are on the ground floor but there are 2 flights of stairs down to get to the end units. Similarly for units beginning with 2 there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the second floor with another 2 flights of stairs down to get to the end rooms. Stairs are because it's built on sloping land. The other small point there were no instructions in our room for the cooktop - other appliances were reasonably easy to operate.

The location was close and convenient to where we had to go. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go which was great. It would have to have been the cleanest motel room I’ve ever been in. It was self contained and had everything you could need/ want. The bed was nice and comfortable. The lady at reception was lovely.
