Good location, walking distance to main street, clubs,cafes etc. Room was clean and quiet.. . On-site parking easy access.

Unfortunately the restaurant was not open for the duration of our stay. Access to a toaster/ cuterly would have been good assist with self prepared breakfast. No hot chocolate in condiments supplied. Shampoo provided but no conditioner.

Very good and convenient location. Excellent all round, but need to take off the reference to ''private balcony' from promotion (Booking.com???). Personalized tour was excellent - Clark Barrett.

Shop folks were friendly, but overall the folks who live in Broken Hill don't smile alot! I've been in friendlier cities!

The room was a good size, bed was comfortable, air conditioned, very clean and neat and definitely all one would need. The room was downstairs which was very good for us - heard a lot of people trudging up and down the stairs as our room was by the stairwell.

Updated property, modern bathroom & great TV with many free to air and PAY TV channels. Fantastic restaurant with awesome service. Handy location within walking distance to town centre

Bed mattress was not a pillow top and clearly all previous patrons slept on the one size as the springs were noticeably worn more on that side

Once again, Andrew exceeded expectations by providing us with an excellent room with a view to our large work truck. So appreciative that he took the time of day to consider our needs. Unfortunately, we won't be travelling to Broken Hill for work again any time soon; however, if there is an opportunity to travel there again for holidays, you best believe I'll be dropping in to say hi to the Ibis staff. I honestly don't believe that I have met nicer hotel staff anywhere in the world. Cannot recommend this place more highly!

Absolutely nothing!

We had an extended stay due to COVD. The room was comfortable and staff were efficient and friendly. The restaurant was very good with a good choice of food on the menu. They delivered food to our room and even delivered coffee for us. The property was well described by Booking.com.

Location was very handy to main street, tourist info and clubs & pubs for a meal, room was comfortable and modern. was very clean .

Parking was tricky for larger vehicle, but there is provision for parking on the street. price was on the higher side but that is Broken Hill, no other towns nearby.

Check in was easy, Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The mattress could do with being replaced as it was a soft feel and almost collapsed in the middle of the bed

Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our three-night stay. Lovely on-site restaurant. Off street parking available. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Amazing bathroom in our room, paid top dollar but we were also offered an upgrade. Great location at the end of Main Street, very quiet with an excellent restaurant, room service came incredibly fast.
