The room size with all facilities as well was great .Also Tugrah Westfield was a 10 minute drive .As well comes is nearer the motel 3 minutes walk . Liked Balcony and ground floor floor as well both side st but quiet as well lake fully holiday relaxing . As well as buying food from the Food court from Westfield Tugrah as well nearby Coles Kabab food was also good.. we parked our car nearer the motel room which Chris suggested and easy to unpack and pack bags luggage the car . Perfect location with large /Big room with Dining and sitting area as well tv with internet but we used our own account to log in and it was good for us to watch movie an dmy husband watch sports after we came back evening and specious room with all facilities. .My husband said a specious room . Price also best for two nights .

The Internet was disturbing but after contacting Chris solved within 15 minutes. We had Great stay

We had 3 room booked had a family weeknd. Place was quiet and close to the tavern and shops. Fishing outside the motel catch snd release if u want to practice. Boys caught huge I thing big fish. Room was huge with all the kitchen facilities and extra single beds which we didnt need which really surprised me. We didnt cook didnt need to. Will definitely be staying here so close to the beaches and things to do. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you

Cold and hot water tabs, i couldnt work out which was which took me ages without my glasses specially in the shower. Taps usually in hotels and motels are not in a set order so yeah.

Located right next door to all you need.there is a Tavern , pizza shop , chinese takeaway, Kebabs, a coles supermarket, celebrations bottle shop a service station. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help us out with a personal problem. As we were departing a delivery arrived with brand new TV's and Fridges for every room and there were men there doing lighting upgrades also..Fabulous place to stay will definitely return . There was also a Westfield shopping centre about 5 km.away.

Lighhting was a little dull but there were upgrades happening when we left.

the room was very large ,plenty of room, bathroom was large, made you feel like you were home not boxed in, the bed was comfortable I loved my stay, a short distance by car you arrive at the Entrance and surrounding beaches or discover the Lake, Bouddi national park was not far, there is a lot you can do in the area, I Definitely come back and stay ,longer next time, the room was a very good price ,the staff were friendly and helpful, thank you

Located just off M31 so convenient for overnight stop. Next door to supermarket so we were able to utilise the kitchen equipment and make a light dinner at the end of a long drive. Very roomy with comfortable chairs and bed. Able to walk to river for a bit of exercise too.. Huge Westfield nearby if you need anything. View of the parkland a bonus.

We would prefer ground floor next time just as we are in our 70's. Car was close to our room though.

The manager of the motel, Christopher, checked in with us re arrival time and allowed us to occupy the room early. He left the key under the doormat for us. Christopher was very friendly, greeting us on arrival and fair-welling us as we left. Exceptionally clean and very large room. Spacious bathroom. Great shower pressure. The motel was next door to a pub and a shopping centre but was exceptionally quiet.

Clean, comfortable, value for money. Close to amenities such as Supermarket, Dining, Hotel, Petrol station. Short drive to larger shopping precincts. Close proximity to bicycle paths for cyclists.

Balcony Flyscreen door just about dead (seriously needs maintenance - runners non existent - screen broken to let in all manner of insects) Toilet seat broken (large crack across lid) - didn't affect toilet operation. Wi-Fi was good when it worked - frequently dropped out and couldn't be seen when wanting to re-connect.

It was clean and comfortable. No unpleasant odours like in some motels.

Noticed some of the housekeeping staff sitting on balcony during their break time laughing and talking about guests passing by in the car park below them. This included me and my partner as we were walking to our car and getting into our car… staff kept turning to look at us and laughing amongst themselves as they did. They also did this with another couple that walked through the car park at the same time.

My stay was only for 1 night but the check in process was very easy. The room was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy the whole room was lovely and clean and the small balcony overlooking the waterway was a nice addition. The location is great with a very short walk to a shopping center and a pub that had great food. I would certainly stay here again only next time for a few more nights.

The staff were excellent in catering to my requests. All the facilities were clean and ideal for my needs. The room was very spacious with a kitchenette and dining table and chairs. The bed was very comfy. The location was next to a little village shopping centre with a Coles which was handy. It was excellent value for money!

Some parts of the bathroom could do with a refresh but it was very clean, spacious and great hot water.
