Despite being an old building it was well maintained. My parking space was numbered/accessible and a simple meal can be prepared. The pool/area looked inviting. I requested late check out and this was provided by email.

Some guests might find the huge step into the room unmanageable. Room 23 has a little traffic noise and most noise from 24, however I have an impressive ability not to care, particularly when the value is there. As a place to get some rest and eat, it worked for me. The two chairs need to be replaced; a heavy person might have a misadventure.

The only problem was that the Bathroom Door needs a touch up Paint starting to peel from inside bottom of the door. Room was quite good for 1 nights stay. Could have had more milk left in rooms as you tend to use 2 of the small containers for 1 cup of tea/coffee. No other problems. Staff very friendly.

Parking was very tight otherwise everything OK.

Great communication from the manager about check in, and answered questions room facilities promptly. Room was super clean and smelt really nice. Very comfy bed. Convenient location. Fantastic value for money. Will stay again next time in Coffs.

Would love it if there were some pet-friendly rooms. If in future I ever travelled for leisure with my husband, our two small doggies come everywhere with us. I happily pay an extra fee for pet-friendly rooms.

Managers were lovely, very helpful and welcoming. Dedicated parking for each room which is a bonus. Rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. New air cons have been installed in each room as well. Balconies were clean and ours overlooked the pool and it was lovely listening and watching the the birds and wildlife. Pool and bbq area was very clean and tidy. Shopping centre next door so perfect for those who like to shop or be self sufficient. Highly recommended a stay.

Our car park was at the very end and as the car park was almost full and a car with a trailer attached was parked directly opposite us parking was a huge challenge. As we arrived (and advised arrival time ahead) at 11.00pm at night it would have been more appropriate for us to have been given parking closer ( we were as far away from our room as possible) and maybe issuing late arrivals a ground floor room with easily accessible parking would have made for a more positive experience after a long drive.

We loved the property, we had the pool view room on the ground floor. Pool was clean and great for a dip after a long drive. It was what we needed for the night. We aren’t fussy the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The Plaza is literally next door if you need any amenities to continue on your way. The local water dragons around the BBQ area were a treat to see.

We liked that it was quiet and in a good location for a one night stay. Close to restaurants and shops. It’s a great option for families and was great that we didn’t have to have 3 children sharing beds as they each had their own.

The shower was an issue. The shower rose did not stay in it’s holder and if in it’s holder it shot straight across the shower recess to the other side. One person was required to hold the shower rose for another to angle it for showering. Water also came out into the rest of the bathroom and made it slippery to walk on.

We have stayed here a couple of times and found the location really good as the shops were nearby and the beach was just down the road. Also we were not far away from the eateries and also not far from Sealeys lookout and the Big Banana. We didn't use the facilities as we came in winter.

There was no problems with anything with this stay.

Kids loved a very cleaned & maintained pool which we did see a pool guy cleaning everyday and the manager taking water samples everyday as well. You have nice cleaning staff maintaining your room for you, eg; fresh towels, replace new clean eating utensils/plates/mugs new toiletries and those little things are very much appreciated. Barbecue definitely easy to use with Barbecue utensils access and a nice area to sit and enjoy a nice afternoon or evening. Oh nearly forgot which you don't see much places don't give you, you have free laundry. Something else on a personal note as I love animals myself, pretty cool wildlife around the motel, eg; some sunny days you will see a dozen bearded dragon lizards roam near you (don't be afraid, they are more scared of you once you make sudden movement), wild bush turkeys and lorikeets you'll see as well through out the day. Night, you'll possibly see but definitely here the possums, well, I did 1 evening downstairs near the barbecue area where I comfortably having a quiet drink. Oh I forgot to mention there's a frog that lives in 1 of the poles and comes out at night sitting on top.

Excellent value for money and the beds were so comfortable. The pool was nice too. Would stay again.

The rooms need a renovation the facilities are getting towards the end of their usefulness. The room was mostly clean but we did find some very old socks covered in dust from a previous guest when we moved the bed to make sure we had everything which means they didn’t clean that well.
