Location is excellent and the room is clean and bed comfortable. Complimentary beer and wine on arrival was a nice touch as well.

The shower had little pressure and was hard to get the water temperature right. Might have been because everyone else on site was showering at the same time, didn't stay long enough to test that. In my humble opinion $155 was a little over priced for the accommodation. We stayed here on 28 Oct 2022 (6 days ago) and the room cost $155, I see today the same room is now available for $126. I would not have suggested in my feedback that $155 was over priced if we paid $126, as $126 is the appropriate pricing for accommodation of this nature in a town like Cowra.

- Value for money. - Although the building is old, can tell the owner is trying their best to make it clean and tidy.

- Barely no security to the room door. The gap between floor and door is a bit big. - Despite cleaness, the are quite a few flying bugs around the light when it's on. - There are 4 spaces for body/shampoo tubes, but only get 3, with 2 of them conditioner. Have to use soap for shower.

I found the room quite family friendly with one queen bed and a bank bed. It was a little cold in the bathroom where the window couldn't be closed, but it did not affect the rest of the room once the bathroom door was closed. We had a good sleep after a day of driving. The reception staff was very kind and informative when I checked in. She told me where to get a meal on Sunday night.

The WiFi was very weak in the room I stayed (Room 16). Both my and my wife's phone could not catch the signal, and my tablet could not catch enough signal strength to log on to the network.

Very comfortable room, quiet location and close to town. I liked the two doors with one opening onto the courtyard pool, bbq area.

My only negative point to mention was the shower recess which needs attention. The water pressure wasn’t terribly good. It also continually dripped. It was a hand held shower, but the bracket to hold it to be a fixed shower head wasn’t secure and not far enough off the wall.

In close proximity to the eating places Very clean and room cleaning service was the best we have come across. Lovely Australiana toiletries, little biscuits replaced daily, shower rail , lots of comfortable chairs ,had all the basics and we loved the lighting especially by the bed, for night reading also it was quiet even though the Imperial Hotel is across the road It has very good food.

It was a little tight regarding space if you had suitcases but we managed and stayed 3 nights

Alistair was extremely helpful when we had some tricky health issues. Whilst the building is getting old it is clean, has excellent, very comfy beds

Nothing really but it would be great for them if they could reopen their restaurant - they can’t get enough staff since Covid. Worthy of patronage. We enjoyed seeing all the antique cars booked in (or rather their owners)

The manager. I asked if he could turn off an outside light that was shining into our bathroom. He couldn’t turn of the light - so he set up a curtain over the window to block it out. - a very thoughtful thing to do. The rooms are spacious and clean and quiet. The pool was welcome after a hot day and the location is great. Definitely recommend Town House

The facility was quiet and comfortable and the opportunity of the pool was excellent on such a hot day. All facilities within the room were excellent.

The external Parking facility at the back of the building was in poor and untidy condition with a small pile of sandy waste waiting to be carried into rooms on ones shoes.

The beds were very comfortable and the room heated up very fast. Loved the curtains blocking out the light. The bathroom was excellent.

I think the rooms need a bit of TLC building wise. There was a large crack in the wall and the door was sticking. The little fridge was convenient but everything froze.

Small room but had everything we needed with Queen size bed and bunk set for kids, large TV, fridge, microwave, ample crockery and cutlery. Motel was clean, great location in middle of town, parking close to room, great swimming pool and outdoor area.

Netflix didnt work - looks like previous guest had changed a password.
