The rooms are neat and tidy, the bathrooms have been nicely updated with consistent water pressure. The rooms have block-out curtains and the linen was very comfortable, we even slept-in which is a rarity in our household.

The sauna wasn't open, even though advertised as one of the amenities. When I enquired about the door being locked he said it wasn't open 'due to Covid'. In April 2023 I feel like that is a bit of a stretch and we were disappointed because that was one of the main reasons we chose to stay there. When I asked about the spa attached to the pool, I asked if it would heat up after a while of it being on and he scoffed and said no. There wasn't much to do for young children so that was a bummer. It was far too cold to use the available amenities and I didn't like the guys demeanour for asking basic questions.

We were really pleased with this hotel. The room was a comfortable size for us plus 2 young children and the linen was lovely and soft. Big TV's in rooms, a small playground which was suitable for toddlers,, pool, sauna, tennis courts, easy access to lawn bowls and golf course. Easily walked into town and also you're just next door to the golf club which has 2 restaurants.

The internal brick walls makes the resort feel older than it is but actually bathrooms and carpet and furnishings are very modern and well maintained.

The room was large and clean and spacious. It was decorated nicely. There was a table and chairs to eat meals at. The couch was both very comfy and in a tasteful material. The flooring was bith clean, non slip, and pleasant. The batheoom and kitchenette were large enough, very clean, and generous with cupboard space. The air con was quiet and efficient The TV screen was very large

when I booked my stay at this facility the information indicated no meals included so I brought what I needed with me. I was unaware I could order breakfast until I arrived in my room.

It would be good if the room had a screen door so you could leave the front door open when sitting inside

The room was large and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the little kitchen area was a bonus for preparing snacks and breakfast. The bathroom was well appointed and the towels were plush and new. The TV was extra large and because it was a smart TV we were able to see some of our usual paid programs which provided entertainment after dinner. The proximity to Albury and the Rutherglen wine region is excellent and the walk over to the golf club for dinner is highly convenient and a pleasant end to the day.

The air conditioner was hopeless in this size room. The weather was quite hot during our stay and the room was barely cool enough because the bricks retained the heat and didn’t cool down all night. The small aircon did not cope well and could be upgraded to make this a perfect stay. Overall, this was a great choice for our stay in the wine region.

Great customer service, Warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and well-suited to our needs. It also had a bathtub which was great. We stayed here to break up our road trip and it was a beautiful spot to do this, we would highly recommend!

Not really a criticism but it would've been nice if there was handwash in the bathroom.

Lovely well appointed room in quite location. Very rare value for money accommodation. Thoroughly recommend to couples or families. Everything you could need or want in your room.

The breakfast was delivered on time and satisfied our appetites. The price of breakfast was reasonable for what we ordered.

Unfortunately, the air conditioner did not provide the heat needed to keep the room warm. The bed, although large was not as soft as what we are used to.

Loved the staff of the resort!! they were friendly, laid back and so helpful. room service were sweet as pie and great to just chat to who also do an amazing job. the place felt safe, clean and welcoming.

The Asian restaurant, rude and poorly run but I don’t think it’s the resorts fault.
