Staff were very friendly and room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Recently refurbished rooms, so facilities were modern and fresh. Very affordable pricing with good location near bistros.

The accessible bathroom would be ideal if there was a seat in the wall in/roll in shower, however, this may still be a ‘work in progress’ as hotel rooms were still being renovated and our accessible family room appeared to have been recently cmpleted.

we had a ground floor unit which suited us oldies,location was good,no street noise,staff were friendly,plenty of parking.

there is no microwave oven in units for heating food,but there is a kitchenette in upstairs area containing microwave oven and electric cooking tops I didn’t look for cooking pots and frypan so I cannot comment on things I can’t see,there is a swimming pool but when we stayed there it was EMPTY,could have used it,it was hot during the day.

Location and price was suitable, a car is handy though to get to shops, not that far up the road though for those who enjoy a walk.

Nothing that I didn’t like about the place, cleanliness is my number 1 on my list and my room was just that 😊

convenient location, right next to a 24hr truck stop, so food is readily available. The pool was out of action, but I'm informed it is being replaced soon, looking forward to it. The people on site were great.

Just the pool being out of action, would have been nice to wet the toes.... next time.

Reception staff were very friendly. It is a Budget Motel. Rooms and bedding were very clean and A/C worked well on the chilly nights. Although located on Melbourne Road the motel was set well back and traffic noise was not evident.

Not that it overly concerned me on my 3 night stay, but a microwave was not provided, however one could be obtained from reception if desired.

I found the room although dated to be spotlessly clean and comfortable. There was cold water in the fridge and a good amount of supplies for coffee and tea I can't comment on the biscuits my sister stole them from me. all in all aplesant and safe place to stay.

The bathroom was a little small but I'm sure when renovations are done this will be fixed. My sisters kept knocking on my door but that's not your fault.

The room was very clean, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was an ample supply of tea and coffee. Parking was directly in front of our room and the thing I liked most there was no special password to access the property.

There was only one very small matter that would be easy to address. The simple thing would be a small tea towel to dry any dishes or cups etc that we used.

Good size room and clean facilities. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Outside seating was fabulous. Air Conditioner worked well on this hot day.Great value for money as it meet all my needs.

For an old motel ( new owner renovating now) it was comfortable and for me most importantly clean! Very security oriented. Owners were on site and very nice. We'd go back for sure. Massive TV and great beds .

..Bathroom is small and at the front of the room, had other guests sitting on bench seats under the shower window...un-nerving. Would've been better to put seats on the shaded lawn area away from rooms. It is under full renovations...will be lovely when finished
