Upon arrival, check-in was easy and fast. I have completed the pre-arrival check-in online prior to arrival. At Front Desk/ Reception, the staff member explained the hotel facilities, breakfast times and where to be. When we went for breakfast the next morning, the lovely restaurant staff member explained what food and beverage was on offer. The room I booked was a queen room with loft with 2 single beds, with a balcony, facing the front of the property, overlooking Lake Jindabyne. The room was modern, plenty of space and a functional bathroom. The fridge was very handy for cold drinks and snacks. Room was cleaned daily. All the staff I spoke to were friendly. The property is in a great location, walking distance from restaurants, bars, shops and supermarket. I would book here again.

The water pressure for shower could be better, and the queen bed was a bit too soft for my liking.

The location was excellent, facilities very good. Great base to explore the area. The breakfast as part of the room price was great. Good variety of food. We really enjoyed our stay in Jindabyne. It was not the fault of the hotel that we had very noisy neighbours.

We had a really noisy group of men next door whose language left a lot to desire. Plus they had their friends from other rooms visit. They were on the balcony most of the time, but were noisy inside as well. Plus lots of door slamming.

The room is modern, comfortable, and clean, with a fantastic view. Its location next to the town centre is ideal, and the lake view rooms offer a stunning outlook over the lake. Parking is conveniently located just behind the property. Breakfast was a highlight for us, and the on-site restaurants offer delicious meals at great value.

There were minor issues with a couple of room facilities. Additionally, it would be helpful to have more detailed information available in the room or on the website, such as breakfast times, for guests who may need reminders after check-in. That said, the staff were helpful.

We booked this accommodation last minute due to other hotel in Perisher deciding to close for season the weekend prior to our arrival. It was no doubt the best thing that could have happened given the experience we had at Banjo. I cannot fault anything as location for the snow at Perisher was only 30 minute drive, as was our experience in Threadbo. The hotel is well kept and managed and staff keep it very clean. Our room which had great views over the River was cleaned daily with fresh towels as required. Beds were comfortable and food great. We also appreciated the drying room for ski wear. We will definitely be back in height of snow season next year.

I appreciate the hotel holds functions which it did state. Our last night was impacted with no access to Clancy's restaurant and extreme noise outside hotel until gone 2am which prevented me sleeping

We spent 2 nights here. During our trip, we stayed at 6 different accommodations but my kids voted Banjo as the best we have stayed in. The room is very clean, modern, the beds are luxurious and it was always quiet even when there are other guests staying. Excellent location, too. Within walking distance to shops / groceries and the beautiful Lake Jindabyne is just across the street. It's very close to Thredbo and Perisher as well if you want to experience snow during winter. There's lots of parking available on site, staff are very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast buffet is just amazing! Highly recommended!

Breakfast was included at no cost, and it was one of the best breakfasts we have ever had at any hotel in the world! The food was fantastic, both in terms of range and quality, and it was well prepared and presented. Outstanding. Room was great too. Good size for a family of 4. A good size fridge, nice bathroom and sun room / sitting area. Nice and quiet too (room was on the back side of the building), even on a Friday night with the pub out front.

Drying room locker could have been larger. Not enough space for a family of 4 to dry their ski gear. Queen bed was a bit too soft for us. Some might enjoy it, but not for us. Room was very warm, which was nice, but it would be great if you could adjust the temperature down to sleep.

Absolutely love staying here. The beds are so comfortable, it is by far the most comfortable beds in Jindabyne. It is so nice to book Clancy’s or the overflow and not have to leave for dinner. The breakfast is so delicious and the perfect way to start your day.

If you don’t get a spot in the carpark behind the hotel you do have to walk across the road into the overflow parking that can be quite muddy. The carpark behind the hotel can be a bit of a free for all with big utes taking up 2 spots in an already small car park. Unfortunately the pub has live music on Saturdays that go quite late (we were warned when we checked in at reception and given ear plugs). We were woken up at midnight to large groups of drunk people walking down the hall way to their room.

Perfect location next to the park and Snowy Region Visitor Centre, as well as shops and restaurants. So stylish decor of the room and bathroom. Spacious and comfy. Netflix and YouTube available in TV. There are washing machines and dryers on each floor but they are paid extra. I appreciate the possibility of earlier check-in as we were travelling by bus and we were in the hotel around 11am.

Breakfast could be more different and vast. The hotel was almost empty but we were put on top floor with a lot of baggage and lack of elevator.

- Great staff, smooth check-in and out. - Fairly large, clean room and bathroom. - Comfortable large beds. - Sports channel on room's TV. - Nice tea in room. - Good breakfast - buffet style, with "full english" option, plus pastries, some fruit, cereals, juice, coffee machine

In the evening, when the pub was operating, smells from the kitchen would make their way into the (mountain-facing) room we were in. This is absolutely understandable as this is a pub with accommodation, and it wasn't particularly bothersome, but if you're very sensitive to smells it could be worth choosing a room where this happens less (the Inn might be able to help selecting one).

Great that breakfast was included. Loved the view from the balcony. Nice central spot to walk around town from. Choice of restaurants was great and the food was good.

First breakfast we were near the end of service and everything left was really oily. Next day we came down earlier and it was much better. Only real down side to the experience was the number of stairs to go downstairs from our top level room ( used to elevators these days ) and was disappointed the Kosciousko brewery wasn't a real feature anymore.
