staff where great and helpful and in a good location

the stay was fine. the only constructive criticism Id have seams I’m being asked is comparing to other various places I have stayed in the area that offer a free breakfast generally offer something like bacon, eggs, baked beans, hashbrowns and that sort of thing I think offering a breakfast of similar calibre would be fantastic and be very convenient for guests heading to the mountain early morning as my generally on strict time schedules

Warm and humble accomodation for short ski weekend with the family. Nice aspect and facilities available. Staff are approachable and welcoming.

Rooms are small and a little dated. We also had some very noisy guests staying in a room upstairs ours that we could hear talking until late, which is frustrating but not fault of the owners.

Great place to stay with a family (we had a family room with bunkbeds and ensuite), reminded me a lot of places I have visited in Austria and the kids loved the experience. Pom and Anna were so lovely and engaged with my very excited kids Great views from the back deck and available BBQ. We'll definitely come back the next time we visit the snow! Included breakfast only adds to the convenience ☺️

The property is a little dated but clean and comfortable and great value for money.

The place was super nice, only issue is the price but that is every place in Jindabyne during winter. They even have a sauna which I don’t think they advertise. Hot water turned off at some point in the night so no late showers but understandable considering the rooms around could probably hear us.

For the price the breakfast was excellent and a very pleasant surprise, we were just expecting cereal but breakfast was a big surprise, toast, fruit, yogurt and boiled eggs. Great value for the price. For the price my brother and I were not expecting much more than a small room with a couple of beds. We were very surprised with the level of comfort and the welcome. I was very impressed with the place. We will definitely be back next year.

Parking was a little tight but we did have a big van so that is not something I would complain about.

The TV in the room in in a pretty much un usable spot. I mean only the person on the top bunk can watch it. There is a large white rock in the carpark the makes one of the parks nearly impossible for people to easily use id suggest removing it.

So much more than expected. Great continental breakfast every morning - range of cereals, bread, crumpets, muffins, meats. cheese, boiled eggs, tea, coffee pods, wasn't expecting that. Pool table for free. Comfy lounges, large TV with Netflix in common area, outdoor BBQ area with great views.

Appreciate the 10pm shutdown of facilities for noise and respect of guests. We are all grown-ups and can decide between ourselves if people are OK to have the TV on a bit longer.

The breakfast here is amazing. It states continental, so there was ample variety of cereals, toast, condiments and juices. They had pod machine coffee and as a bonus there was ham, cheese and hard boiled eggs also available each morning. A great shower with good water pressure. Double glazed windows kept the heat in and the noise of the road out.

Noise from the rooms can carry a little, but in fairness this was mainly when people were coming/going. At night it was very quiet.

It offered excellent value for money and was in walkable distance (for a fit person) to the heart of Jindabyne. Off street parking. Quality of bedding was great. Staff were very helpful.

Nothing really. Suited my needs well.

Staff were exceptional, resourceful and very welcoming. Plenty of space around the chalet to relax, unwind, socialise or personal quiet time
