The kids room was the highlight of our stay. My kid loved the kids room and after a tiring day, he would like to stretch his legs and use his creativity. So less screen time. Hostess Julie was very kind and accommodating. She made delicious snacks and healthy breakfast. The interior decoration of the accommodation is very cozy and interesting. The drying room is another fantastic feature.

Had a little hiccup on the first day with a dirty sipper cup and no towels in the room. But Julie quickly took care of everything.

Chalet Alpina exceeded our expectations, we were greeted by the owner who was extremely friendly and accommodating. The chalet itself was spacious and very clean, everything felt luxurious and of high quality, the amenities were all brand new, bonus were the heated tiles in the bathrooms, although we stayed during the summer season, it would be a godsend during winter and ski season. The decor was amazing, the living areas were spacious and comfy, we had almost a full chalet but you barely heard or ran into anyone else. The breakfast was delicious with freshly baked bread and continental breakfast available. Tea and coffee was provided throughout the entire stay and the optional paid meals were delicious.

We had a two night stay at Chalet Alpina and were blown away by everything about it. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Nina, Paul and Sara and made to feel so comfortable and at home. The accommodation is impeccable - Nina has done such an amazing job renovating it (we were there in November 2021 when Nina was taking over) and the amount of love and care she’s put into it shines through. The facilities are warm and inviting with multiple communal areas, including a separate play area for the kids. The breakfast is amazing with the option to take away or eat in. Both options were great but I’d recommend eating in - we were lucky enough to have a selection of home made muffins, bircher muesli, sourdough / fruit loaf breads and quiche. This was in addition to bacon, eggs, hash brown and baked beans - not to mention the selection of cereal, juice, coffee and tea! Nina has significantly raised the bar for Jindabyne accommodation, we highly recommend staying here and have no doubt that you’ll love it as much as we did. Everything was amazing!

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast options were great each morning. The location was excellent, super close to lots of dinner options if you wanted to walk or a super quick drive. Excellent interior furnishings, really eye catching signage and beautiful external building, it really stands out from the other properties on the street. The drying room made available to guests for ski boots was INCREDIBLE. Never had a drier boot. Also loved the heated bathroom floor

We had no issues whatsoever with the staff, service or facilities. Only recommendation we could make would be to maybe add some foam to door frame, as it’s close quarters when younger guests slam doors it can wake you up in the early hours of the morning.

The owner was so helpful and kind and really made our stay! Breakfast was delicious, the fireplace and the common area was wonderful for an afternoon snack and glass of wine. The room had all the amenities and the dining room was available to have a tea or coffee anytime. The parking was ample and the drive to town was less than five minutes, so easy for dinner.

Chalet Alpina is beautifully designed. So much thought has gone into the interiors as well as the comfort of guests. So many lovely, unexpected touches such as heard floors in the bathroom, glass keep cups for guests to take with them, grab-and-go breakfasts, a library, games, 2x living areas - one more for kids and one for adults, the list goes on! The staff are some of the loveliest, most helpful people I have ever met!

We enjoyed a fabulous week at Chalet Alpina. Julie made us most welcome and could not have done any more to make our stay personal and special - the muffins are the best we have ever tasted! We will definitely be back!

Julie was an amazing hostess. She made us feel incredibly welcome. She provided us with great recommendations for places to see and things to do, cooked some great meals, and provided us with a lot of laughs. The Chalet was very clean, and cosy to relax in after a full days hiking. we left very relaxed and happy.

Our stay surpassed our expectations. Nina and Julie are AMAZING and the Chalet is freshly renovated and all the fixtures and fittings are stunning. The breakfast pack for a quick exit each morning was truly amazing and the dinner we enjoyed on two nights, superb. Will definitely stay again and recommend Chalet Alpina for your next stay!

what a place. 10/10 for everything. Jules was a dream, so helpful and had heaps of recommendations for the area. bed was so so comfortable. rooms where clean and the ensuite was fab. loved it. plus the selections of tea and coffee and snacks/fruit. highly recommend.

wifi was not working at the time but this isn’t a biggie and didn’t affect our stay
