Fantastic location. Clean room. Useful kitchen space. Very comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly staff.

Dogs allowed to stay. Some people had two dogs. They soiled the corridor and barked at night and crowded the lift often making it stinky. The whole building smelled strongly of carpet deodoriser. The entry foyer is tiny and crammed with fridges etc. This makes access to and from the lift difficult and unsafe. Consider locating the fridges in the carpark just outside side door to improve this. Showers don’t have screens so floors get covered in water. This is dangerous and will damage the structure. I ended up going off site to shower. If not possible to fix doors, suggest putting a sweep mop like used around indoor pools in bathrooms between shower and vanity so guests could push the water towards drain in floor before stepping out of shower.

Amazing location. Spacious rooms with good amenities - exactly as described. Blackout curtains. Private parking. Good base to access all the surrounding tourist areas, etc. Easy check-in/out. Had a lift so easy access to upper floors. Beautiful ocean view. Good value for money. Nice selection of snacks/drinks in the lobby.

Can get a little noisy with the restaurant and cafè directly underneath and the playground area opposite. Nothing to complain about but good to know if you're a light sleeper like I am. Nothing earplugs wouldn't fix. Also, note that you have to create an account/provide your details to use their WiFi and google cast/ tv.

The view was absolutely stunning and it was so lovely waking up to a gorgeous sunrise on the beach. The room was very clean and the stay was very comfortable ☺️ Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

At times the couch was quite uncomfortable to sit on and the bedroom was a bit warm, even with the air conditioning. Most of the time we kept the sliding open to let in the fresh air, however it would have been nice to have a fly screen to avoid any of those pesky bugs coming in. Additionally, this was just in our room but the toaster was unclean and seemed overused but otherwise a pleasant and welcoming stay :)

we love the view, the location, the room, our bed and the friendly staff and fact that we can enjoy all these with our beloved pet was extra!

the bathroom in our room is not what i expected. the shower had no door or curtain. every time we shower or wash up the water floods the whole bathroom. Unsafe when you wake up in the middle of the night to use the toilet as the floor is wet and can be slippery. Also not a good feeling to be stepping on a wet floor then walk out with wet feet. However, know that this didn’t ruin our stay . our room was clean. we would still come back and we love this hotel.

We booked the standard twin/double room (the cheapest at our time of booking) and it was huge! Two double beds, a little dining table, and just plenty of space, not cramped at all. There was a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom and detergent sachets. Our stay here was the last night of our trip so we didn't use the laundry facilities but that's just so handy to have so had to mention! The shampoo and conditioner also looked really nice, not the usual 2-in-1 hotels often do that leaves your hair feeling pretty gross. I didn't need to wash my hair so didn't use it but it looked nice and just the fact that it wasn't 2-in-1 is a bonus at a hotel. When we were booking this was also one of the best priced hotels so we were surprised it was so nice. Also, great park across the road if you have kids.

Overnight we could hear a fan or something on, it was relatively loud, so that was annoying. And even though it was the middle of winter it was quite hot in the room overnight, so we had to put the air con on. This made the air really dry. We would have opened the balcony door for some fresh cold air, but there weren't any screen doors so we couldn't do that. So just a bit uncomfortable because of that overnight. We were adjusting the aircon temp. throughout the night as we just couldn't get it right (always we'd end up too hot or too cold).

The location was superb, I chose a room overlooking the ocean and loved sleeping with the doors open and listening to the roar of the surf. It was a short stroll to the beach and there was a nice walk nearby up the hill to a lookout point. Generally speaking it was incredibly peaceful, though it was mid-week off-season.

My room did look out over a playground which was pretty noisy before and after school, but tolerable for short periods. I imagine it would be horrendous during the summer school holidays (perfect if you have kids though).

The location was perfectly situated and a fantastic restaurant below and a small IGA with liquor around the corner. Plenty of parking A full laundry in the spacious bathroom was terrific! Fully functioning kitchen and dining in the room. Across the road from the beach and a park with picnic areas and play areas for children.

The freezer wasn't the best. The "secure" guest only parking was accessed by the room key at one end, yet the exit gate was constantly in the open position. The King Studio I booked wasn't the same as the photo, which had 1 King Size bed positioned with the kitchen behind it. My room had 2 queen beds (overkill) which made the room feel smaller.

We stayed 6 nights in an ocean view studio. Had everything we needed, staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was clean & as we stayed for the week we were given the option of having our room serviced as many times in the week as we wanted, which we chose once in the week. Loved sitting outside on the balcony having a cuppa in the morning watching the waves roll in. I will definitely be staying here again. A good base to stay at while looking at other towns & sightseeing.

No complaints, enjoyed everything about our stay.

Location next to the beach, cleanliness, sizable room, friendly staff & pet friendly.

The truck comes to deliver supplies at Foodwork supermarket which located next to the apartment every morning, it’s quite loud. To avoid the early morning noise, staying at the ocean view room would be an option. The shower has no screen to block the water, it makes the whole bathroom floor very wet. Fridge is a little small. Places to eat around the apartment are limited.

Having a kitchenette made for easy and convenient meal preparation. We were able to purchase groceries locally and had the option of eating in and relaxing or dining out, a great combination for a longer stay. The room was beautiful, the beds comfortable and the view of the beach and the sound of the waves made for a very relaxing stay. Even on a rainy day you could sit inside and still enjoy the ocean.

I really cannot think of anything that we did not like. It was my first stay in a pet friendly establishment, and we loved meeting the various dogs in the lift every day. There was never any issue with noise, I did expect that there might be. I would just add though that if you are afraid of dogs, or don't particularly like dogs, you will see them, in the hotel and at the beach and the adjoining park.
