The pool was amazing and the owner was lovely

The room was very comfortable and clean. Everything in the room worked. The artesian pools were great, especially after a 6 hour drive. The water was warm and soothing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I met one of the owners of the establishment. His enthusiasm towards providing good service was commendable. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is travelling and is in need of a comfortable break.

Friendly staff, very helpful! Reception is well-informed for just a few days on the job! It was our first time taking our little dogs on a vacation who stayed in the car outside the room. They had a little separation anxiety and sulked for a bit before they themselves got comfortable with the new environment. I myself got worried about getting a knock on the door by complaining neighbours in distress about the commotion or the staff who were subjected to the roosters in the car. But the knock didn't come. The dogs shortly settled in. I want to extend my appreciation to the staff and other visitors for their patience and long suffering for the time it took the puppies to settle.

The light in the bathroom. It flickered like a strobe light. But no major dramas. I was showing my kids my exceptional robot dance moves. They weren't too impressed. No school like the old school.

Extremely clean room, even though it was pet friendly it was immaculately clean and had no pet smell. Staff very friendly. Adjoining Chinese restaurant had great food. Hot pool was AMAZING after a long drive. Great pet friendly room for a good price, a little area of grass in the complex for pup to stretch her legs - will definately be back when I head through town again.

Indoor hot pools were out of action for my stay but I had the outdoor one to myself anyway so it wasn't an issue

The artesian pool was amazing, just what was needed after a long day of driving. The staff were lovely and helpful - with great advice on the pools and dinner options.. The locked gates were good. The vision the new management have for the place is great. The older rooms were clean and comfortable but even better when they are updated.

Well located near restaurants and take away food. Easy to walk to. The thermal artesian pool was great after a long drive. The owners were very accomodating and friendly. Plenty of room to park the trailer we were towing. The room had a kitchenette with microwave, fridge and utensils. Very handy. I would recommend a stay here if stopping in Moree

We stayed one night. The room was small, but had everything you needed. Very clean, although the hotel is old and noticeably a little run down. The hotel has an excellent Chinese restaurant. well decorated and the food was delicious. We enjoyed our dinner! A wonderful addition are the thermal pools! It was really nice to swim in the hot water after a long day of driving! And also our little fur baby was with us! We will definitely stay here again!

Newly renovated, clean and fresh. Secure behind gates. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely fresh towels.

Didn’t have hot water in the shower but the staff looked into it quickly and were very apologetic. Could do with wine glasses and maybe a toaster plus mugs for tea instead of small cups. Overall very good though.

Excellent service from Maureen Brand new accommodation

In refurbishing our unit the tilers have used tiles in the bathroom which are not floor tiles and are therefore incredibly slippery when wet and this will be an ongoing issue for guests irrespective of their age. Bath mats could be a fix.

Perfect location for us as the Harley Davidson shop was right next door ( we had travelled to get our bike serviced) The whole property has a security fence around it and PIN code entry and exit which was fantastic. The heated thermal pool was amazing after a long ride.
