The response from the accommodation for check in details was prompt and clear allowing me to self check in and considering my late arrival worked perfectly. The location is well situated between the top of town near the local shops and the lower scenic foreshore / coastal area. The room was clean and the bed comfortable with all basic needs covered.

The room was clean but people should be aware that while all functional it is dated and you may hear sound from adjoining rooms.

Good location on the main road, so near all the shops and walking distance to a number of restaurants. View from top level is lovely. Plenty of parking. Room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed including the little kitchenette. Josh and Kelly were excellent on the communication side of things. Great value for money.

The rooms just need a touch of modernising, but Josh and Kelly have said they are constantly upgrading and looking to a mini face-lift soon so it can only get better.

The motel is in a fabulous location and provides everything you need for a perfect getaway. The furnishings may be outdated but who cares when you have a very comfy bed and perfect shower and everything is spotless! Also so economical and we booked pretty late and managed to get a room so we were very happy. Reception staff were lovely too so that's a bonus.

Maybe somewhere to hang and dry wet swimmers would be good

View is fantastic. Kitchenette is a bonus. Have stayed in this room before and motel location is great. It is clean and comfortable despite being a bit dated.

Noise from hotel nearby and the town was not busy so couldnt understand why the music coming from the hotel was so loud.

Clean and easy to access. The place had a kitchenette and the utensils were clean. he place provided towels, soap and a hairdryer. Staff there was super friendly, gave us directions we needed.

Beware if you’re planning to sleep early on Saturday nights, the pub across the road has loud music till 10pm.

Great value motel located close to the center of Narooma. Easy walk to restaurants / pubs for dinner. Excellent spot to stop on road trip along the coast. Rooms are comfortable = shower has great pressure and lots of hot water. Small kitchenette included in room.

The room was very clean and with good facilities. Also adequate information about places of interest and, restaurants was made available at the reception.

Smoking outside the room - the smoke still some how entered the room. There could designated smoking area.

Really comfortable mattress, clean room, amazing water pressure and was allowed an early check in. We had just been snorkeling with the seals and were freezing. The warm shower was amazing and the staff was very quick to respond to our request!

Good location, but ground level rooms have a view.

Keyless entry, comfy beds, new aircon, location. I understand the new owners are in the process of renovating. This will make it outstanding.

Nothing that won't be fixed with the upcoming renovations. It's a bit tired, that's all.
