We liked the large comfy bed, air con and well stocked kitchen. The sofa bed was pretty squeeky though when someone rolled over. Great location, easy walk to Beaumont street, wasn't expecting the $25 parking but the accommodation price well and truely made up for this. It's likely my fault as I may not have read the conditions properly.

That I was really tired after a 12 hour journey and found finding the accommodation and parking nearby difficult to begin with then go to the key pad to sort things out but got confused so called the number of the accommodation and I was very quickly sorted and on my way to a soft and comfy bed.

Location for our trip to see Cold Chisel was great. Walked to the Entertainment centre approximately 10mins. Room was very spacious, clean and had all amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was ok. Many pubs with in walking distance and restaurants. Parking was ok.

Parking was a little hard to find but we made do with parking outside the street hours on the side of the road. Liked everything about our stay and have stayed here before. Always easy to book and received codes within times of check in. Had several calls from administration to make sure everything was ok.

Mostly everything, I was quite surprised. I had read the reviews after booking and thought I'd be looking for somewhere else to stay that night. I didn't have a problem with the cleanliness being a bit of a clean freak and it was so quiet, left me questioning the reviews I had read, honestly felt like I had read bad reviews for somewhere else. So many little extras in the room, obviously the establishment is making an effort. I would stay again.

Mattress was a bit tough, Dirty pillow protectors (you could smell through the clean pillow cases) Went and bought a single doona from down the road and wrapped the pillows in it, problem solved.

The 2-bedroom apartment was clean and well-stocked, with toiletries and kitchen utensils. It was spacious, and the beds were VERY comfortable to sleep in. We had only looked at the reviews AFTER booking, so we were scared, but it was spotless and tidy. Would stay here again!

Accessing the building was hard. They use the word "arrow" to mean the enter button, and there are three keypads at the door, so it's hard to know which one to use. Luckily, other guests helped us, but we would have been clueless otherwise as we only arrived at 11pm

it has everything you need and it’s a full apartment, it has a full kitchen, stove, fridge, toaster, dining table, couches, smart tv, spa, washing machine & dryer.

just this stay, the cleanliness wasn’t the best, i had multiple cockroaches in my apartment, i also paid for early check in and didn’t get my check in code till i rang up 10 times & was hung up on & the code didn’t get sent till 30mins after my check in time.

Its a very flash place, the spa bath was amazing, only had a small balcony but the rest of it makes up for that.

It could have been a little bit cleaner, when I first arrived it felt as though people were there not long before us, it wasn't bad but just could have been cleaner

Room was clean. We eventually worked out all the different codes to get in the garage and the building, then the lift, to eventually our room. Maybe one code would be an improvement? The spa was lovely and relaxing.

The pillows were extremely hard and having 2 singles pushed together was extremely uncomfortable all night as the springs in the mattress, along with the ridge of the middle where the mattresses butted against each other was not pleasant. Maybe a mattress topper would solve this problem?

The room was excellent. Tidy, modern, comfortable and clean.

The codes for the room entry didn't come through in the texts and had to call twice to get the right codes.p asking is an extra 25 per night, which I avoided. Some street parking available. The location is great, but lots of weird mofos around Beaumont st Hamilton.

It was a nice little apartment, in a good location. Has a full kitchen, large tv etc. worth the money

I specifically stayed at this hotel for the spa, I was not impressed to try out the spa to find it not working. Other then that the apartment was in good condition, could do with a bit better of a clean but overall good stay.

Loved the location and space. Spa bath was a nice surprise to find.

Booked a 2 bedroom for 3 adults. Was surprised to find a one bedroom with a single in the lounge but we fit so we didn’t mind. Few hours later I checked the messages and realised we also had the joining room. Took a few calls to get the joining room door unlocked but once that was sorted all was good.
