The location was perfect for visiting family. The facilities were minimal but just what we needed - extremely comfy bed, private toilet and shower, excellent aircon and fan, a few chairs and a table. We didn't use the TV or the kettle. There is a small communal kitchen down the hall if needed. We liked that after initial check-in we were able to use a private entrance separate from the restaurant below. Didn't get a chance to sample the restaurant food - maybe next time.

No major complaints. Parking seemed a little sparse but we never had trouble getting a spot. The restaurant closed earlier than expected, otherwise we would have had dinner there one night.

Everything was great value for money facilities were very clean and easy to access rooms were decent size and the beds were very comfortable.

I didn't like the Asian cleaner as he turned around and told me I wasn't allowed to smoke there are these your butts you're not allowed to sit there and then insisted that I make sure my key was handed in by 10 o'clock a.m. this really put me off staying there as they weren't even my cigarette butts and the way he spoke to me was extremely rude.

The room was adequate. It was clean and there was extra towels which was good. There is also soap and body wash in the shower, just in case you forgot yours.

The room was supposed to be a quiet room. I could here the noise of the bar & people from downstairs. My room was a connection room with a locked door. Unfortunately, I could here the people staying next door. Luckily for me, there was no shenanigans' going on!

We booked two rooms in advance, to our delight we had two rooms next to each other. One with a ensuite and other without. Great for the price with easy check in. Loved that it felt secure with code entry to enter the accommodation from the tavern or the car park entrance. Air con was cool, mixed reviews on the pillows but we slept well. Tavern was closed when we came back to sleep, was quiet and we had a place to rest our heads

No breakfast location great easy to get to from broadmeadow train station shopping centre close easy to get around staff at pub friendly helpful Camille on phone very helpful couldn't be more helpful room spotless carpet bathrooms clean and afew so no waiting very quiet food great rump steak cooked to perfection female at bistro super friendly stayed in pubs all across NSW from cowra to bega etc but this one is in top 3 if not the best I've stayed at highly recommended

The staff are great! and very accomodating.I find the bed bit stiff but maybe that is just for me.The towels are clean and give u fresh ones the next day.

I didnt like it that they change our room number last minute,and had 2 single bed instead of a double and I book 2 rooms supposed to be next to each other.The ac doesnt work properly.Aside from all this,the place is ok.

Great value for money room was very clean and wonderful breeze throughput the room. Lunch at the bistro was fantastic and very tasty.

Teabags were stale and coffee pods only available rather just instant had a weird taste but was super impressed that there was peppermint tea as that is what I drink! Just a shame it wasn’t in an individual packet to keep fresh. Bin collection in the middle of the night was loud and seemed to last forever waking everyone but that isn’t something you have any control over!

Location, comfort friendly staff. Bistro food and bar prices and flavours fantastic. Cleanliness great too although toilet Could be been a tad cleaner around the toilet seats especially.

Not much I didn't like but would be good to have a small fridge in the room. And our room was quite small and faced the back of the building. Next time I will ask for one of the bigger rooms facing the street. The small room lamp was lopsided and broken and the Tvs are way out of date so didn't use it at all.

Clean place, with food downstairs.

The check-in process was a little confusing, as it is also a tavern. There didn't seem to be any clear signage that I could see pointing towards check-in. However staff were super helpful when asked for help looking for it.

Convenient location to where I was visiting - Was good as a place to stay. After checking out I was able to do some work downstairs using the wifi and my bags were stored for me until I was due to leave.

Room was very warm. did not feel I could open the window.
