Cleanliness, location, well organised, everything you need should you wish to dine in which was very convenient

My only gripe was that seemed to be some confusion over my booking as it appeared I had none!!! It took some time to work out that it had been booked under my middle name! I make all my bookings through booking, com & have done so for many years, so they have my name registered. Nonetheless we eventually sorted it out, thank goodness!

All facilities and the location were great for a motel, nice clean property with all basic amenities! The beds were good for a good night's sleep. The smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ that we could use our subscriptions with was a good addition. The gentleman who greeted us at the reception desk upon arrival was great and very helpful with local restaurant recommendations. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The online chat before arriving was terrible and a bit abusive, showing lack of basic training in customer service and experience. The person at the reception who greeted us was great though which made the stay good overall!

The Marriott is clean, comfortable, in close proximity to shops, restaurants and pretty good value for money. The staff we’re warm and welcoming. Although close to the Highway the noise insulation prevented any disturbance.

A very minor thing, the bathroom could do with renovating but not an issue.

Nice room, everything we'd expect from a motel. Staff were nice and there's a BBQ on site. Near the centre of Nowra so plenty of supermarkets, restaurants etc nearby.

The location is right on the motorway so has a lot of traffic noise in the morning, and the shampoo wasn't great - we bought our own.

The stay was very pleasant. The property was exceptionally clean and tidy. The rooms smelled really well. The TV was connected to Youtube, Netflix and streaming channels. The Wifi was really good. Almost all amenities provided. Look forward to staying again.

The only thing missing was a toothbrush and toothpaste which is essential if you forget to pack one. Luckily i had a travel kit otherwise would have gotten from nearby coles. I dont know if I actually missed it or they did not prefer to keep it due to covid issues.

Room was a lot nicer than I expected. Very clean. Everything worked (which it often doesn't) and good shower with clean towels. Really good value for the money.

The roadworks outside overnight - but nothing to do about that!

It is a clean and comfortable room which I enjoy to stay and the it also provide smart TV that I like it. I and my friend enjoy at night. A good motel that I'll come next time if I go to Nowra.

the bath room is clean, just a bit of small, but it is ok to use for motel. so except this everything is good.

Even though the room was quite small, it was enough for my family as we spent in there nights only. Otherwise it was quiet and clean, we had everything we needed

Exceptionally responsive, friendly and helpful staff; loved the room decor - modern retro, bright, inviting; room very well equipped with everything to you need for a short stay

The room was clean and adequately furnished with tea making facilities and a microwave.

The water pressure between hot and cold was hard to get right if others in the block were also using the mains water supply.
