Fantastic supply of breakfast supplies - jams, breads, fruit, orange juice, milk, butter, cereals, tea and coffee, yoghurt and a beautiful bottle of their wine. We stayed ion the Chardonnay and the views were beautiful overlooking the vineyard and very private. Staff were lovely. The restaurant was beautiful!!!

There was no curtain on one of the bedrooms. It looks like it had been ripped off and pulled out of the wall. So that meant there was sun streaming in at 5am, which was not pleasant. The shower door in the main bathroom was broken, but still usable.

A wonderful peaceful location - our "cabin" (the Kingston) had a fabulous view over orchards and vineyards. Good breakfast items provided. Cabin was roomy, clean and very well set up except for the quality and size of the bed. A relaxing but not restful stay.

Booking.com entry stated a "extra large double bed" (which on every other booking I have made is an Australian KING bed) BUT that is not the case here - the bed was maybe a queen size bed? soft and squeaky. Such a pity to have such an amazing studio cabin with such a poor quality and size of bed. Not a good sleep. Also no blinds on east facing large windows so regardless of bed up with the sun.

The location is beautiful amongst the vineyards and fruit trees. Great little cottage with three bedrooms and three bathrooms making it fantastic for up to 6 people. The lady who met us upon our arrival was extremely welcoming and let us check in a little earlier than expected. We had both cottages and provided a venue and comfort for everything we were after from the weekend.

Struggling a little here to find too much wrong. The cottage immediately to the left as you approach (I forget its name already) has a beautiful veranda across the front presenting a beautiful vista. Unfortunately couldn't see too much from there due to some trees across the front. I would suggest cutting these back some and allow access to what is a wonderful location. Like I said, struggling to find too much wrong.

For breakfast there was a variety of things to have such as yogurt, fruit, juice, cereal, milk, english muffins, etc and it was lovely and good the quality. A bottle of wine was there and it was very nice. Truffles cottage sleeps 6 and has enough room for everyone., air conditioning and heaters, fully equiped kitchen, etc. Peaceful, quiet and lovely spot to relax. Staff were friendly and professional.

We stayed in the Kingston Chalet on the property of Borrodell Estate. The Chalet was gorgeous. Very private yet open to the scenery and the amazing views of the winery. Its a short walk to the the Sky Bar where you can do wine tastings. The Restaurant Sisters Rock next door has an amazing menu, the food was fantastic. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We have made a booking for next year so we can share the experience with our two boys.

Nothing. The whole experience we had for our 3 night stay was amazing. The staff are great. The location is unbelievable. The views from anywhere on the property are amazing.

I absolutely loved the whole experience, from the beautiful drive up the hill through orchards and vines, to the very warm reception from Gaye in the gorgeous Skybar, wonderful wide valley vistas in the Somerset cottage, with complimentary wine, chocolates and thoughtful breakfast provisions, everything was just perfect! Thank you so much for a very memorable stay! Unfortunately we couldn't dine at" Sisters Rock" restaurant this time, but a smooth pinot noir in the vista filled Skybar was a beautifully relaxing way to end the day.

A bin for recyclable rubbish maybe?

Everything. Location, Views, Service. We arrived early to enjoy drinks at the SkyBar before checking in to out cottage. Lovely service, Great wines as well as cocktails beer etc. This winey is incredibly pretty especially with the cherry trees in bloom.

The only one qualm i have is the mattresses were quite uncomfortable. All adults mentioned the following morning that they didn’t sleep well due to this. Pillows, linen, duvet were all so cosy and comfy, loved the addition of the electric blanket on the beds, however the mattress itself was very hard/uncomfortable and didn’t make for the most restful nights sleep. In saying this, all the positives far outweigh that one little negative and I would absolutely stay here again.

The place, I mean cellar door, Sisters Rock restaurant and the chalet are all nice and with excellent view for the surrounding countryside. Everything is a little bit pricey, but on the other hand carefully designed and serviced. It is affordable luxury. Would like to visit again, but then for 2 nights. The kitchen was better than in the description, it is true that there was neither hot plates nor oven. But there was a outdoor barbeque and a "funny" electrical cooker with a lid. The coffee machine was a miniature version of the traditional coffeeshop espresso-machines - I made really nice cappucino with it. The style of the Sisters Rock restaurant was fine-dining and we enjoyed excellent meal. I can recommend, if you like fine dining style

We arrived 1,5 hour before the official check-in time 15:00. Due the ongoing cleaning we could not get the chalet until 14:40. The chalet has nice location and excellent facilities. We stayed only one night, it was winter time, so early sunset after 17:30. We enjoyed a late lunch starting 15:00 at the Sisters Rock restaurant. The result was nearly no time to enjoy the place and facilities within the daylight between end of lunch and sunset. My advice, take this in account and consider staying 2 nights

We stayed in Truffles. This a small 3 bedroom house, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. It it fully equipped with a comprehensive kitchen, a comfortable lounge room.a large modern TV, a veranda to sit and watch the view. Our first night there were several kangaroos grazing outside. This is an ideal place to relax and forget the world and enjoy greenery and vines and trees and views. We will be back!

There's nothing not to like except the potholes in the country lanes, and Borrodell can't fix those. All part of the remote feel.

The location The welcome note and food The towels The laundry and kitchen were stocked Being allowed to pick a few cherries ourselves

The dryer timer doesn't work so our clothes got so hot it was crazy! The main bathroom could have been cleaned a little deeper! It was pretty hot during our stay and there was air con but only in the common living room. There were no fans in any of the bedrooms which we wish we had for sleeping at night
