The reception was manned, and pleasant, even though we arrived a little later than planned in the dark. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the nice bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated. The location was in walking distance of the main street so we had a nice walk, a nice dinner, a nice walk back, and a good sleep.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Motel conveniently close to the town centre and an excellent breakfast cafe just across the road.

Facilities excellent in all respects, although for older folk, a railing or handhold in the shower would be a useful safety feature. A comfy chair in the main room would also be a welcome addition.

Excellent motel, it is one of these places where you get the sense that the management cares about the facilities and the guests. Rooms are very spacious and clean, beds are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

There was quite a draft coming from the front door. There was a draft stopper on the bottom but not on the sides, and it can cool down the room (of course, you can use the heater).

Property was very clean, with microwave and even though our room was the older style bathroom it was still extremely clean. Central to everything waling distance.

only issue was small car parking spaces for larger cars especially down on side of property. But plenty of on street parking as an alternative.

Great location, on main road as you drive into main shopping area. Fast food across the road. Easy walking distance to shops, brewery and local park.

Parking outside our room was parallel, tight fit if you have anything bigger than a standard car. Can park out on street for free.

Friendly welcome. Clean, quiet and cosy room. Lovely hot shower and a very comfortable bed. Quiet air con. The staff were lovely - the manager and the beautiful ladies organising breakfast made us feel very much at home. The manager provided us with great advice about Tumut eateries and places to visit. Being right in town everything was easily accessible.

Breakfast was cooked to perfection. Service was excellent. Staff were friendly. Every effort was made to make me feel comfortable. Everything was very clean. The room was comfortable and smelt so nice. There was plenty of hot water. The room had everything I needed, such as tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, a fridge and a microwave.

Bathroom could do with an update, but it is well thought out and very functional with plenty of hooks, rails and even a shelf to store supplies. There was a tight squeeze around the corner to get a car as one was already parked at the end room, but once I got around there was plenty of room to park right outside my room and it was easy to get out.

The staff were exceptional! We left some clothes hanging in the cupboard by mistake. They tried unsuccessfully to call us as soon as the found them . when we returned to Sydney we realized what we had done. We called to see if they had found them and they arranged to send them priority to our home address. what amazing service!!! wonderful country hospitality. The room was exceptional value - spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is centrally located convenient to restaurants in town. I can’t recommend this motel highly enough.

Room was very clean. Basic appliances (microwave, toaster & kettle) provided in the room enabled you to make your own light breakfast. The location was fantastic with easy access to the main street with many dining options. Short walk to Tumut River Brewery and worth dropping in. Highly recommend taking one of the many walking trails along the river. We took the Tumut River Walk walk which started in the carpark at the entrance of Riverglade Caravan Park just near the Tumut Valley Canoe Club and is an easy but spectacular 4km return walk along the river and highly recommended.

The room was very clean. Even the shower glass was extremely clean. The heater works well as the hot water in the shower. The location is only walking distance to the center. The manager, Grant has a really good customer service. He looked after the parking spot for us as well.
