The room was clean, the bed super comfortable and we had a good view of the racecourse, which was nice to look over in the morning while having coffee in our room. The location was also quiet and tranquil.

The fact that the ensuite area was open to the rest of the room meant that if one of us went to the toilet or used the shower, there wasn't as much privacy as expected, except for a frosted glass separating the rest of the room and the toilet/shower. There also wasn't much choice in regards to tv viewing (no netflix or other streaming services available).

The executive suites are large and well appointed, easily on-par (if not exceeding) equivalent size suites such as those at Sydney Hilton. Bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom superior, in-room service good and restaurant is excellent. Love the ability to watch the Warwick Farm races from the suite.

Perhaps new staff in training, and although room was serviced each morning, some in room glassware and crockery was not replaced daily. Mini-bar was not fully restocked on one day and that's a big no-no when it comes to finalising bill charges.

It was incredibly frustrating that you had disabled the settings on the TV which allow a person to share their streaming service to the TV. I had the choice between free to air, a weird selection of movies, or watching a show on my phone. Given the purpose of the trip was to relax in my room this was disappointing.

Those TV's have that feature, I found the feature in the settings, it has been disabled to force us to use the movies but the options are odd and limited.

Welcoming staff at reception. Restaurant was great with good food selection and great service. Bed was comfortable and there were tea and coffee facilities as well as a reasonable bar fridge. Breakfast was perfect. Our room was spacious but bathroom was very pokey. There were plenty of facilities such as gym etc. Checkout was quick and slick!

We couldn't adjust the air conditioner to cool our room and consequently had a bad night's sleep as the room was too hot. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the drains in the room. We also didn't like the layout of the bathroom as it was very pokey. We really disliked the glass 'see through' door on the toilet room especially that there was no door between the bedroom and the bathroom. This was extremely bothersome!

Unique with the horse theme due to being located next to a racing track. Loved the friendliness of the staff and the dining experience. The room is a good size and very comfortable. Spa was great too.

Bathroom sink area could have been cleaned a bit better. Hand soap hadn’t been refilled and was empty, but they promptly brought me some more. Quiet time to stay, would have loved a room overlooking the track rather than the road.

Very comfortable high quality hotel with great amenities, nice design touches, an excellent restaurant, friendly staff and a unique, quiet but easily accessed location overlooking race track. If you love horses, enjoy luxury and/or want a stop over in outer Sydney you will love this.

Lounge bar looked lovely but was not open during our visit. Bathroom is well designed but has no door and so offers no privacy - it's an alcove directly in sight line with the bed, with an opaque glass shower and toilet stall that are not sealed. So, if you're travelling as a couple you're sharing the room with somebody as they're using the toilet, flossing their teeth, blowdrying their hair, etc OK if you're extremely close/have seen it all before but not so great if you're squeamish.

it is clean and the room is spacious for a family. And they gave us two rooms connected to each other which made our stay very comfortable with two high energy kids. and they have swimming pool on the roof which is exciting to the kids.

the bathroom is too small and there is no door to the bathroom, they only use foggy glass doors to separate toilet and shower area. And the swimming pool broke down for two days. my kids barely got the chance to enjoy the swimming pool.

Easy to park, appealing decor throughout. Really comfortable bed and pillows Buffet breakfast was very nice. Love the racehorse decor, adds a nice touch.

There is no privacy in the bathroom. There is no door between getting out of the shower or toilet, and the room is a bit too open It would not be great if you were sharing with a friend as there is nowhere to change. Also, foggy glass doors to shower and toilet reveal more than you want.

A lovely, modern property beautifully furnished and decorated with equine touches. A very comfortable hotel and lovely facilities, as one would expect from a 5star establishment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only disappointment was that we opted to sit in the mezzanine bar after dinner and found it to be unmanned, despite being within advertised trading hours. Not a major issue, as we were able to walk downstairs, but drinks and return to the mezzanine. However, it would have been great to have had the bar manned during the advertised hours.

The William Inglis Hotel was such a comfortable home away from home. We had been staying down the road at the Holiday Inn, and that place was so run down we got out of there so coming to the William Inglis was like entering paradise! A beautiful new hotel, very clean, beds were super comfortable, the shower was great! We had great customer service from staff especially Isabelle and Anastasia! Great facilities, the roof top pool and cabanas looked bigger than in the photos and would be a great place on a beautiful summers day! Dedicated to horses all throughout, including the detail in the carpets and fixtures, I would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere local. Has a really lovely relaxing country feel in a suburban area. We would definately go back!

We ate at the restaurant which was ok. The prices are pretty high for what came out however, it is nice to go down for a drink or snack..
