The unit was very well equipped, a good size with park views, lots of light and a good balcony. Great location for us, close to a good swimming beach. Secure parking and a lift makes things easy. Check in was easy.

We were told the lift wouldnt be working one day due to works and the garage door would remain open also. There were signs to this effect also. Not mentioned was the fact that all power in the building would be out 8 am - 2 pm. When I said we werent told of this, the response was terse. We learnt the general area had a planned power shut off, and it didnt inconvenience us particularly, but to not be fully informed and then told I should have realised was rude. Not being Qldrs the word Ergon didnt mean anything to us. We thought it was just to be work to the lifts and garage door.

Sharon and Col were incredibly helpful. They helped us navigate the area. It was the one place on our trip where we saw wild kangaroos out in the park. We had dinner at a local Bowls center and saw a bit of Australian life. Everyone friendly. Cute beach shack nearby for breakfast and lunch.

The location is a bit far from the main restaurants so we could not walk it easily. The taxis are far and few between and the shuttle can be quite expensive. I recommend a car hire or be prepared to pay. No real public transportation. We booked it so we could catch an early ferry to Lady Musgrave Experience, which was cancelled.

Nice big apartment with balcony in a modern complex. Good parking undercroft. Friendly staff.

Way further back from the beach and out of the action than we had expected. Weather was terrible lots of rain so that didn't really matter as we couldn't walk anywhere anyway, but worth not in when you book this is not a waterfront property o near the water nor has a view of the water.

Secure parking. Very pleasant staff. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Extensive kitchen of normal size with regular oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Bed comfortable. Comfortable lounge area. Free hire if DVDs. Books. Good size tv. Some Foxtel channels.

The hand rail at the pool area. It is loose and wobbles. I fell getting into the spa when the rail suddenly moved. Very bad. I ended up in emergency and on crutches. Torn cartilage in knee presumed.

Our air conditioned apartment (504) was well laid out with stunning views across the park and towards to beach. Full kitchen facilities including oven. Only 600m walk to the surf lifesaving club, patrolled beach and cafe. Only 1km walk along the esplanade to the middle of town. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Onsite pool was great to cool off.

Clean, spacious, everything you would need in kitchen, in room washing machine and drier Views were good, was wonderful watching the massive group of Roos coming out to feed on grass next to apartments Walking distance to Beach and 15-20 min drive to most tourist destinations. Ideal location if visiting Mon Repos also

Location was great, away from the main street but close walking distance to that area and the surf beach. Reserve next to the hotel was perfect for the kids to ride their bikes and we saw lots of kangaroos there.

Sun lounges on the balcony for a relax would be a great addition but we had no expectation at this price point. And not a deal breaker - would just be a bonus.

location was great, local enough to walk to coffee shops, beach and for meals out. facilities were great, and staff incredibly chatty and helpful, and on hand if required.

theres not much not to like about the apartments, if i had to pick something, the double bed was a little too soft for my liking, but im sure someone else would love it!.

Great Location away from Main drag, lock up car Park, can sit on balconly and watch kangaroo feed in the empty allotment next door , 10 minute walk to beach. full size kitchen and fridge.

air-con only has one vent opening for whole apartment, so take time to cool down or heat up. second Bedroom has no windows more design for kids not adults. they could put window in facing the hallway to the lift well. at list it would let nature light in and can be opaqued for privacy.

Close to the beach and playgrounds. Mob of kangaroos living in the reserve next door were a nice surprise. Clean with everything you need for an apartment.

Would have been nice to have an en-suite but the bathroom was roomy. First world problems! Pool was a bit dirty - bug etc.
