We stayed with our dog and had an amazing experience! The room was so clean, a small but comfortable space. We had everything we needed supplied. The breakfast we ordered was good value and delicious. The owner was very friendly and nothing was a problem. Our dog is epileptic and unfortunately had a seizure the first night of our weekend stay and the owner didn't hesitate to provide us with extra towels and cleaning equipment to clean up after him. I offered to pay but he declined. The location is close to a park and restaurants within walking distance. We didn't use the pool as it was cold but it looked clean and inviting. The TV was huge and had a good selection of movie channels. The beds are big and comfortable, nice crisp clean linen, fluffy towels and soft pillows.

Trivial, but no full length mirror. There is however a huge mirror over the bench area.

Undercover car parking. Having a chat with Tina, (staff). Getting our room serviced everyday. This motel offers cooked breakfast and delivers to your room. We were very comfortable with our stay at this motel. We would return to this accommodation again. Thank you Chalet Motor Inn for a lovely stay.

Great location, short walk to multiple fantastic food options, private pool area, single level easy access with parking outside of room. Smoking permitted outside of room. Great showers for tall people. Clean, modern & casual. Fantastic staff and even pet friendly, what more could you ask for. Will definitely stay here again.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable! Close to restaurants of all sorts. Room had wifi and streaming capabilities. Most of all unlike another hotel in Bundaberg, A toaster I didn’t have to sign a waiver for. It’s the small things! Will definitely be back!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very close to everything perfect position for a short stay. and being pet friendly just makes it absolutely perfect.

The only con of the place would be the small grass area for your pets toilet needs. But i found the median strip across the street good for that or a very short walk to the park land was perfect

Chalet Motor Inn was highly recommended and I booked it last minute through Booking.com. It did not disappoint. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Perfectly located, walking distance to the main shops and eateries. Definitely will be staying again. 👍

Rooms were neat and clean. Bed comfortable. Staff were courteous and kind and willing to help out where ever they good. Hotel was nice and close to all amenities such as shops and restaurants. If they weren't it was only a short drive away. Definitely would recommend and staty here again.

owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. walking distance to park, zoo and shops. very easy booking and was very accommodating for our late arrival. able to cook basic food and also offer a breakfast menu for room service. pool was clean and our five year old enjoyed his swim. room was small but had everything we needed.

The room was clean and tidy. Fantastic shower :) Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided. The milk was in little bottles. Not long life. Bed very comfortable with different types of pillows which was nice. The king room’s parking was right next to our room. Friendly staff. The self checkin was good too.

Management & other staff were extremely welcoming, friendly & helpful. Pet friendly accommodation also. The room was clean & tidy. Excellent accommodation overall & I would recommend it to anyone who visits Bundaberg.
