Great location. Close to the wheel, museum, shoppn, and eateries. Loved the pool area, the spa, and the sauna. The view was amazing. Being able to access Netflix in the rooms was also a bonus on the days we stated and it was raining.

It was difficult to find the reception area when we first arrived. Not being able to find parking to access reception also made it quite stressful. Having to pay for parking also added to the burden. Unfortunately the apartment we were given wasn't cleaned properly, but this was immediately addressed by a lovely member of staff, when we bought this to her attention. She was kind enough to upgrade our room which we greatly appreciated. She was very pleasant to deal with (we did not catch her name but she deserves a gold medal for the way in which she deals with customers, fantastic employee).

Staff were very friendly, WiFi wasn't working and they went out of their way to fix it straight away. The boss followed up with the company and had it fixed that night. They were happy to give extra amenities which was helpful.

The apartment was on the small side, no bench space in the bathrooms to rest the hair dryer or brush, no drawers in the bedrooms so had to live out of the suitcase (only had a wardrobe with limited coat hangers) no dish rack . Dining table was also small so had to pack up lap top every time we ate. For a 2 bedroom apartment i was disappointed with the size but otherwise the staff were lovely.

Great location, walking distance (just over 1km) to South Bank and West End and some good places to eat in the area, and shops to get food if you are cooking in the room. Facilities are excellent and easily the best thing about the accommodation - hot tubs with views and basic kitchen area, heated outdoor pool with bbqs, small gym and a sauna and rooftop area with plunge pools and bbqs. Room was very good for the rate I paid, very comfortable bed, decent living space and fully equipped kitchen, ensuite also good with laundry and good sized balcony.

I paid well below the their full/standard rate. At that rate I would question the value. There are three towers so it can get pretty confusing getting between them to go from room to different facilities etc. Would be good if reception was open longer and if you could reach them directly by phone rather than getting an unhelpful central number. Some small bugs in the shower.

Short walk to Southbank and the City was perfect for a stay with two younger children. Beautiful pool facilities within the three buildings. The view was fantastic night and day.

From a stressful start because we had trains cancelled on us last minute, so we had to drive to Brisbane instead...we came late and I no longer had the full room cost as I had extra expenses of petrol and another room cost halfway from Mackay...We were turned away for the first night of our stay, Myself, a 45 year old Mum, my 72 year old Mother and my Two Children 8 and 9 year old girls...and we had to stay on the floor of an old friends place for the first night of our stay on two flimsy blow up camp mattresses, even though we had to pay for the whole holiday stay of a week anyway. I understand it was a difficult ask, but I wish there was a rule change where I could pay for half, then the remainder in a few days and night staff had the jurisdiction to accept that offer from a customer.

Great location to stay with the family to explore the Cultural Precinct and South Bank. The Art Galleries, Museum and South Bank were only an 10/15 minute walk away. The Appartment was modern and clean, the bedrooms were a nice size and the beds were comfy. The Appartment living space and balcony was spacious. Having a washing machine and dryer in the Appartment was very handy. The shared pool, sauna and BBQ area were great and there were lovely views across the city. We would def stay here again.

It would be lovely to have a few tea, coffee, hot chocolate ect options and a little milk on hand. A very small negative though and wouldn’t stop us from staying again.

The location was good, a nice walk to South Bank and the river, lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size. It was lovely to have a small balcony. The receptionist was very friendly and it was easy to check in and out.

The flat wasn't cleaned to a high enough standard when we arrived, dirt was visible on the floors and in cupboards. We booked a three bedroom linked apartment for our group of 6 people. This was two apartments, one studio and a two bed, which were accessed from one door. There wasn't really enough space in the bigger apartment for all 6 of us to sit and eat/relax together. The beds weren't as comfortable as other apartments we have stayed in. There is no coffee machine, only a kettle.

Superb views, and it really was soundproof with windows shut. v comfy bed, big TV, minimal kitchen, clean bathroom, functioning aircon and fan,but best feature was the balcony.

1 hour wait for keys in the foyer after long journey made me want to not like the apartment, but all the little niggly annoyances like overly bright over head lights (turned them off and used bedside light only for whole apartment) and minimal supplies (purchased my own) faded with the view both at night and day. And there was no gym in my tower, and couldn't get in the pool due to all the kids.

We love the location and it was an easy walk to West End shops and south bank and all it offers. We didn't have a car but that didn't worry us at all. We've booked a bigger apartment for 9 days dec 26 - jan 4. well resourced kitchen, comfy bed and good bathroom.

The apartment doesnt have any chairs. While the kitchen had every facility to cook proper meals the only place to sit to eat was the bed. Suggestion: mount the tv on the wall and then there woukd be room for a small table and 2 chairs on that wall..

Great value and location - close to the cultural centre (museum, art galleries, theatres), South Bank, and a 20 min walk or short bus ride to West End or the CBD. The pool looked nice but I didn't try it as I was out and about most of my stay. The bed was comfy, the air con was good, and the shower and toiletries were great.

There was no desk or chair in the room, even though this was in the pictures.There were a couple of small hygiene details had been missed (a hair here, dust there) but otherwise the room was clean.

Great location just 10-15 mins walk from city centre or bars, restaurants etc. simple check in/out process & the team there were friendly & polite

So, we booked Brisbane one based on location & facilities. Upon arrival we were booked in to Tower 2, there are 3 blocks alongside each other, but when we came to use facilities, rooftop areas etc, we weren’t allowed to use the main/best facilities in Tower 1, which was very disappointing as we were allocated Tower 2 on arrival & had no reason to believe we couldn’t use these facilities, when we pointed it out to the reception team, we were pretty much met with a shrug & told there was nothing they could do. Come on Brisbane One/Clixx, you can do better than that. It did spoil what was, otherwise, a decent stay.
