The hotel room has been exceptional. There was everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. We appreciate the free parking available to us. There was a variety of drinks and some snacks available which we did not use but were happy to see in the room. There is a pub next door and a shopping centre just around the corner. The hairdryer did not work. This was no issue as we had our own. We did inform the reception and believe it had been taken care of for the following guests.

We did not like our neighbours talking very loudly and slamming their door while going out for cigarettes after midnight several times. This is the disadvantage of using a hotel overall but we wanted to put this out here too. As we were on the first floor and this noise clearly would have to be heard by the receptionist too, we would have appreciated it if the staff would had spoken to the noisy guests rather than us who had to ask the intoxicated neighbours to turn it down.

Room, great bed & pillows didnt order breakfast

I had work priority on my laptop intil 2:27 AM in my room . I finsished at 2:27 couldnt hsve hot shower - water was cold so had to wait 10 minutes let water run until it ran hot. I was freezing becoz The AIRIRCON WAS TOO COLD & COULDNT ADJUST it I had to NOISY CHILD CARE CENTRE OR build8ng behind fence nxt to my room A car horn security continuous beeping so lloudly possbky owner couldnt find correct switch

Had the most amazing stay at the suits. The bed and pillow were so comfortable, so much so my husband and I slept in way more than we normally would and nearly didn't make it out by check out time. An amazing sleep. So quiet and comfortable.

There was nothing to not like.

I arrived very late and was greeted with enthusiasm, check in was very easy and quick. My room was very comfy and warm. The Glen Hotel next to the accommodation was fabulous. good food and wine for a late dinner. My room was quiet and well appointed with strong Wi Fi and plenty of power points and a good shower. The minibar was well stocked with snacks and drinks. I enjoyed my short stay. The breakfast is located at the entrance to the hotel and offered some basic breakfast but exceptional coffee.

When I arrived at midnight, very tired having had a bad start to my day it just got worse, the young lady who was on duty that night, understood what a day I had had , the straw came when my travel card was rejected so she took me over to the ATM machine so I could withdraw cash, she was brilliant, because I was so tired and stressed I could never have done that without her help.

The friendly staff, comfortable rooms and availability of room service and restaurants on site

We have stayed before and had issue with the tv remote - changed the batteries however it was very glitchy. Stayed again a year later (this weekend) in a completely different room on a different level and found the exact same problem. Remote would sometimes work - other times not. Didn’t report it as we were happy to just turn it iff

Great location for our family. Handy to have the pub opposite to be able to have breakfast/lunch and dinner if need be. The room was a great size for our family.

Floor wasn’t very clean for my 9 month old to play on. Lots of hair. Pillow cases had stains on them.

Great staff and it was lovely to have cafe and restaurant on site. It is convenient for visiting family. The room was comfortable. Not far from Garden City shopping.

The room was very dark and looked dated. Would not be my choice of colour scheme!

This hotel was great! I got great value for what i paid. The superior king room was the perfect size and the tv even had a cast option which i loved because we didnt have to spend more for paytv. The pool was awesome after a long day out in southbank and the bed was so comfy! Loved my stay at the glen hotel! Would come back again on my next visit to brisbane.

Lots of parking. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The doors didn’t close quietly and every time someone went out day or night, you could hear the closing of the doors. During the night that would frequently wake me up. Needed some mugs to make a decent size hot drink.
