We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. It was much larger than we expected. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly. Even though it is in a very busy area, the room was fairly quiet. There was black out curtains and a sheer curtain to let in light without compromising all privacy. Check in and check out was simple. It was affordable.

There was a lingering bleach smell in the unit for the majority of our stay. The gardens could be kept cleaner. Unfortunately, my young son found an uncapped syringe in the garden outside our room next to our carpark. However, in saying that, we notified staff and they immediately gloved up, got a sharps container, and disposed of the syringe safely.

It was fantastic value for money. Beds and pillows comfy - they are on the softer side. Several details had been thought of and we appreciated it. Carton size milks, a powerpoint & usb ports with bed stand next to each side of the beds, smart tv with a lot of streaming options, clean and tidy, full size ironboard, free drink at the Hotel next door. Can order food and drinks using the QR code aswell which is cool. Close by to Ikea which is where we wanted to go.

The highway was a bit noisy, but it didn't bother me. If you're not someone who can sleep through that, it may pose a problem. Our shower head needs to be replaced as it is leaking from the join. Just a maintenance issue that needs to be resolved. We arrived late (8:45pm), I received a text with a link which I assumed would provide a code for the door, it wasn't. It was a pre-check in which I hadn't completed until I got there. We had to hit a buzzer and no one answered, wait around 10-15 minutes trying several times. In the end, called the Hotel and someone came straight down. Didn't really bother me, but I this step could be improved.

The staff were friendly from the very moment I arrived. Very helpful, gave me a drinks voucher and told me where all the restaurants were and when they open. The place doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's inside that you really notice how much work they've put into these rooms. They are spacious with room to move. I worked from the room like an office for three days and it was ideal. Great WiFi, ample desk space, good lighting and so quiet! The bed was super soft, which I normally don't like, but it had ample support. Pillows were a little too high for my liking, but it didn't effect my sleep at all. Hanging space was adequate, though could have used a few more hangers. Fridge was fine and super cold. The bathroom was fantastic with a high pressure rain-style shower head. The shower recess was roomy and the bathroom itself quite big for a motel room. Great location next to a shopping centre, pub, restaurants and 60-seconds on to the M1 so it's easy to get to and get around from. Excellent experience!

Nothing that was enough to bother me.

We stayed here as a base to get to appointments we had on. Although situated along a main road, it's set back abit so wasn't noisy. McDonald's is literally next door, 5 min walk or so to Springwood Mall with Woolworths, cafes etc. Just across abit & walking distance was a little Mediterranean place that had fresh, amazing food! From the outside, accommodation looks a little rough, but our room was a refurbished room that was modern, clean and bed pretty comfortable. Lots of amenities provided and the rain shower in bathroom was lovely and modern. It's easy to get to and from places from this accommodation.

One of the mugs was dirty. There really was nothing to complain about. As I said, this was more a functional stay rather than a stay here for leisure.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had two bookings for two sets of two nights and they happily merged it so I didn't have to move rooms. They provided free welcome drinks for each night I was here and some of the best WIFI I've used in an accommodation venue. This property doesn't look like much from the outside. It's tucked between a McDonald's a buffet restaurant and a service station, but each room has dedicated parking, and then the room. Wow. This definitely exceeded my expectations. A desk to work out, which I needed. A large and spacious room with a couch and additional chairs, ample hanging and luggage space, super cold fridge and the bathroom is spacious with amazing water pressure from a giant shower rose that can be rotated away from you if you want to lather up. There's plenty of room to dry yourself as well. This is a highly underrated gem in the middle of a shopping area - you're surrounded by good outlets, supermarkets and everyday shopping as well as being just 150 metres from the M1 motorway -yet you wouldn't know it. My room was super quiet. Definitely will be staying here again.

An option for a softer pillow would be great. They are a little too firm for my taste - but this is such a small point - I still slept just fine and could have brought my own!

I booked room 7 to stay the night while sorting out my life 😂 but glad the staff was so helpful & kind ESPECIALLY coming in waaaay before our check in time and got to have our room by 12pm one of the staff really worked her magic and saved us from waiting for another 2 hours to get into our room. The room was perfectly clean, got to watch my favorite shows on Netflix and all especially how close it was to maccas 😍 but sucks we didn't get to sleep the night in our room (cause finally we heard from my landlord that our house was ready so we left the same night) 😏 I highly recommend Nightcap at Springfield Hotel 💯💯

Friendly Staff, clean and spacious room. Able to park right at the front door.

The door is swollen and doesn't shut properly without force to close it. When the cleaner cleaned the room, they left the door ajar (most likely not realising the issue, as it would look locked), though it was not locked. Therefor all my belongings in side the room was left unsecure in the room with the door unlocked. Tried to let staff know, though door to reception area was locked and no one answered the phone when checking out.

The location of the property is excellent for travel into Brisbane or the Gold Coast with access to the M1 Freeway at your door step. The property has everything that you could possibly need for your stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and most welcoming

The only thing that was a little concerning was the black mould in the bathroom and this could be due to the location and style of the exhaust fan. Sone people would be completely turned off with this and that would be a real shame as the rooms are fantastic.

Good location for where we needed to go. Nice touch having a drink card for the adjoining hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. McDonald’s right next door which was very handy for food after a late arrival.

Close to motorway so was noisy, probably would be better in the rooms on the other side. Long black hairs on the floor in the bathroom (we both have short grey hair) this made it feel as though it wasn’t clean. No tissues. Probably not worth any more than $140 per night.

The room is a great size and very comfortable, and the shower is terrific. The staff are great. Especially the reception lady on that time. She was outstanding because when we were unable to access the QR code to order a meal. She went out of her way to enable us to pay for the meal because we're exhausted from a long-day travel. It's a great value.
