I liked the staff and the service. Also the amount of towels they provided and the easy check in system. Rooms were nice. Not much lights though , but that’s okay.

Didn’t like the location. Almost impossible to get an uber or a taxi at times and the hotel weren’t able to assist with it.

My group had to find last minute accommodation. I liked very much that the booking was made possible for the same day. We also liked and were wide-eyed surprised at the semi instantaneous verdant, mountainess, tree lined winding rural road location 20 minutes from our home at suburban Bracken Ridge. We liked the peace and quiet ambience of the location. And, a surprise bonus was hopping into the freezing water of the large clean swimming pool, sans too much fluoride, just before sundown on a winter's day which aided the recovery of bruising sport injuries from earlier that day and which were quickly forgotten. Then again, immersing oneself in freezing water is good for stimulating the blood into a response. An absolute unforgettable bonus. The low cost, extensive buffet breakfast was a gastronomic delight, especially the selection of hot drinks. The child we had with us loves his hot chocolate and marshmallows. And there is lots of tables available inside and outside the spacious restaurant.

My group didn't not like anything except the views of the distant lakes and Moreton Bay were partially blocked by gum trees so close to our upper floor balcony a person could almost reach out and touch them. However, a wide uninterrupted view is possible from the restaurant verandah.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, the location and view is amazing. The food was good in the restaurant.

The Room was generally a bit tired with noticeable wear and tear. One matter that adversely affected me was that I needed to work and the light above the desk area was not working. It was clean, however there is a recessed ridge along the wall in the bathroom that was visibly dirty (appreciate it was higher up so difficult for housekeeping to reach without a step ladder. It just tended to draw your eye upon entering). Hope this feedback is helpful.

The property is surrounded by trees and beautiful views. They have an on-site restaurant and room service. I have mobility issues so they juggled around a lot of rooms to be able to put me in the access room. If they didn’t move me I would not have been able to stay there as there are no lifts. The access room met my needs and meant I was able to enjoy my stay. I was told I wouldn’t be able to use my wheelchair to get to the room as one ramp was too steep. That wasn’t the case. I could have easily used my power assist wheelchair to go down the ramp and to the room. Unfortunately I left it behind as it was suggested the ramp was too steep for a wheelchair. If you use a manual wheelchair and can’t walk at all, it means when you leave the only way out is back up the ramp. So you would need someone strong to push you back up the ramp. I’m not sure how easy it is to access the restaurant with a wheelchair as I didn’t go to it. There is a ramp to reception but then I saw 2 steps up and so didn’t go any further. In saying that I didn’t ask about alternate access to the restaurant so I suggest calling ahead. The staff were helpful.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property. Just a suggestion - it would be nice to have had a small table on the balcony with the 2 chairs. Even if there was a small fold up one left inside that you could take out. So lovely to sit on the balcony and take in the views.

Stopped by just for a night on our way to the Sunshine coast The manager stayed up to check us in at midnight after our flight in was delayed Didn't get to see the facilities but the misty view from our balcony in the morning was delightful - green, fresh, mountain air. Room clean, well maintained. Planning to return for a weekend getaway . The room guide was helpful in recommending local places- that's how we found the Little Tree bake and brew house in Samford Village- our new favourite cafe- a thoughtful touch to support local businesses

The room was nice and clean, semi-private balcony, amenities were clean and easily accessible, pool looked great (we didn't swim). Overall would definitely return, the rooms were affordable, and we loved the peaceful vibe of the complex. The staff were also friendly and open to helping with reasonable requests.

View was a little disappointing from our balcony due to the trees, other sections of the property boasted a great view. The on-site restaurant was costly and was loud at times for us due to our room positioning next to the balcony for the restaurant. Parking was interesting, despite having a decent amount of parks none were reserved, and at times it felt like you were contending with restaurant guests who weren't staying overnight.

Fantastic location. Essentially a lookout in certain points. Almost a cabin in the woods feel. Simple room setup but really nice for a weekend getaway to escape the hustle and bustle.

Pillow selection could have been a little better. The shower we had had very poor drainage. The pressure in the shower was amazing (Very high) but it was so high that the bathroom was flooding within about 30 sections. Had to pull the grate out of the drain and Lower the pressure a fair bit to stop it from escaping out of the shower.

The food was amazing! My husband said it was the best mocktail he had ever had and the food was so good! The beds and pillows were so comfortable and perfect .. not too hard etc better than most accommodation we’ve stayed at.

Unfortunately our tv didn’t work. It would turn on then flash ‘no signal’ on the screen and that was that. A bit unfortunate when we had planned to stay in and watch movies in our room on the Saturday night.

Beautiful location with friendly staff. Easy to navigate car park. Great range of options at the breakfast buffet. Onsite pool, tennis court, restaurant and spa were handy. No need to leave hotel for anything during our short stay. Views from the ceremony gardens were stunning.

Rooms are a little dated. Shower did have some mould on the ceilings, likely due to no exhaust fan/minimal ventilation in the bathroom.

Incredible location and views. Comfortable beds and ammenities.

Even though we paid for breakfast (20+ pp), and breakfast was great, they do charge the barista coffee separetely (which is fine!) but it was 6.75 AUD each capuchino and the the coffee was not up to barista standards at all. If they are going to charge that much for a coffee better make it properly. The dinner menu quite expensive (you would spend around 40 pp just for mains, but I guess it's the only place around you can eat at.
