The unit was large and the staff made significant efforts to make sure we were comfortable, including bringing our heavy luggage to our room on the second floor. The location is central in Toowong and the whole place is good value for money.

Silly human errors - I got approved early check in that could not actually be granted on arrival because whoever read my request got the hours wrong; The housekeeper forgot to clean our room one day. On both cases once we alerted the staff they did their best to fix the issues immediately, but still it's a shame these kind of things happened in the first place. Note that the location is on a busy and noisy street, there are many stairs, and housekeeping is very minimal (only towel replacement and emptying the bin, no cleaning and no linen changing, and bed is made haphazardly)

Relaxed atmosphere so close to CBD by way of Regatta City Cat stop. The young gent at reception displayed an exceptional level of interpersonal skills, remembering my first name from the outset and being very friendly and helpful, something which is sadly alien to many much more expensive city hotel type accommodation. I also valued the informal parking arrangements and the ease of which I was able to arrange a late checkout. The shower was fantastic re flow rate and recently renovated. Air con supremely quiet. Loved the classical Brisbane suburban outlook towards the Jephson road side!

Perhaps the decor is becoming a little tired eg pink kitchen units and worn external doors but maybe adds to the informal charm…

The apartment has Friendly staff who are willing to help and make the stay enjoyable. The facilities were great, makes it easier and comfortable for a long term stay. The apartment’s location is very convenient, close to the train station and shops. The cleanliness of the apartment environment makes the place warm and welcoming. And there’s good accessibility to the property.

The location was excellent, close to facilities. The room was acceptable for the tariff and very clean.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the pillows a little hard for my liking. Also the shower was a little crowded and the taps on the vanity did not operate.

The property was really close to the town centre. It was only a two minute walk to the centre and it was also close to other restaurants.

The laundromat was not good. I followed the instructions to do my washing and when I thought my washing was finished, it was still wet and there was still water in the washing machine. I almost spent $12 to rewash my clothes again and again. So that was the only thing I disliked about the property.

The pool was dirty and green - unable to swim in it in middle of summer. Lots of stairs. One of our rooms had a very old drippy air conditioner (had to move the bed out from underneath) & had a funny smell. The second room was good.

Close to train, bus the little village of shops(a mall really) cafe across the road, easy access to and from Suncorp stadium. Would recommend to anyone and would also stay again.

The coffee sachets were old, coffee granules was either hard or discoloured. Had to use the fine coffee sachets. That's it.

Great value for money. This will be our go-to for accommodation for this area in the future. I especially appreciated the size of the towels provided. These were sheets, not the usual small towels. Great idea.

If I had to pick anything, the shower head wasn't particularly functional, too much of a jet and not enough shower.

The room was really good. But the occasional traffic from the traffic light was noisy. Maybe next time I book will be inside away from the traffic lights.

Noise from the on going Traffic while sleeping. it was quite disturbing especially the trucks and some noisy cars. Otherwise it was all good staying there. Maybe a lift in the future to lift older people who do not like walking stairs.

Location was great as it's a very short walk to Toowong Station and two train stops to Suncorp Stadium. Host Jack was very friendly and helpful. The studio room was perfect for an overnight stay for our family of four.

I would have preferred the carpark being more secure e.g. pin code roller door access rather than it being open to the street.
