It was a good price, had a fridge, microwave and shampoo and soap in the bathroom. The room also had air con and a fan. It was clean and quiet. It's perfect if you are looking for a nice clean stay just for a night or two.

The bedding could probably use an upgrade. For example the comforter had no covering and a flat sheet was used instead of a fitted sheet.

Everything about this apartment ticked our boxes, location, position, the view, the friendly helpful staff, the presentation of the apartment, and the peace and quiet.. well supplied with appliances, cooking pots, pans and crockery, etc . And the amazing view of the ocean as you shower = perfect.

Gosh honestly cannot find a thing we didn't like. Our stay was excellent and exactly what we had hoped for..we loved this apartment.

Good position to everything Swimming pool area

No laundry available for what l paid even a share one would have been good, to accommodate the rooms without one. Curtains need replacing The idea of having to wash your dishes in a tub, my studio apartment l had on the Gold Coast had a sink, and washing machine and dryer to share between 2 studio rooms So for what it cost me for the 2 weeks was much to expensive, this is not stipulated in your advertising for Studio. Plus was cheaper on the Gold Coast

Rooms clean, very spacious, size of a unit

Air con too small for area trying to cool, main bedroom stayed quite warm even though had a ceiling fan, strong smell probably cleaning product that would have caused headache if spent more than one night, not good for migraine sufferers or people with sensitivity

Modern clean and a reasonable distance from town centre

The traffic noise was very bad trying to sleep.many rooms are just off a 6 lane road with a reasonably high speed limit. The name of the property was misleading showing as Central Caloundra hotel and apartments when it is 4-5 klms from the centre of town and beaches

Spa and opening hours were wonderful. Clean comfortable air conditioned room.

Toiletries dispensers were off. Smelled like extinguished candles. Constant humming vibration noise through apartment.

Right from Kim greeting us at reception, our stay was a most enjoyable mini break. The room we had on the 3rd floor overlooked the ocean on the horizon, as well as the two pools and spa, and we used the pools on a couple of days. The apartments are very accessible being on the corner of Nicklen Way, but we had no noise from the road at all. The whole complex is serviced by lifts, which is very handy. It also had aircon in the living area and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. You also got an allocated car space for your apartment which was in a secured gated area.

The team at the checkout was friendly. She gave me a map and pointed out where my room was located. The room was clean and tidy, the tv worked. The shower had good pressure and it was hot. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean.

Nothing I was happy about the place I stayed.

Everything. Needed to upgrade my room as we had been travelling for a while and the staff where more then happy to upgrade us for super cheap. Would recommend staying here to anyone in the area!

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel manager was very lovely and accommodating. For a three bedroom apartment in Caloundra it was very afforable.

There were some very minor issues, a few of the lights were very flickery, but we just didn't turn those ones on.
