I had an appointment at the hospital, and this was a close venue to attend. It was about 2km from my hospital. location was on a canal and we had views out front. Our apartment was Number 59 right on the end of the building, so we got bonus un-interrupted views to the north along the canal, which was good. Car parking was allocated underground, and had good room to manouvre. Shopping centre about 1.5km away had Coles and Aldi plus LOTS shops. Huge shopping complex further north with EVERYTHING! including Bunnings.

No reception on site, and you had to deal by phone. Our apartment wasn't ready, and we had a wait to get a key. There was a mix up with our booking somehow, and I was not able to confirm our 2 day booking, somehow this got sorted. ( Without reception this is always difficult, and complicated!) . You had to really drive to get anywhere.

Very quiet location with no traffic noise. The room was very clean and was reasonably comfortable and there was a pleasant view of the waterway next to the building. Car parking was in a dedicated spot and was within easy walking distance to the lift. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The key-fob for the park area gate was missing and the bathroom shower was defective. Both these problems were quickly rectified after I contacted the booking staff.

Spacious area and clean building in general. The bed was super comfortable as I am pregnant with a lot of back pain. It was great. Super clean sheets, towels and floors.

It’s not their fault as these apartments are strictly no smoking inside and balcony, although soon as I entered I could smell cigarettes. I opened the laundry and found a container full of cigarette butts which were causing the smell. We disposed of them and sprayed some scent, aired out the room and was fine after that.

Having not stayed at this facility before we were totally unaware how to get back to the basement when going out, no instructions on how to get the lift to go to the basement. After day 3, I got another tenant to show me, that should be included on the information sheet,

Carpark Needed more kitchen things eg, frypan Kitchen items not all clean Useless detergent and too little

Location was great as only a short distance to the hospital. The rooms were fantastic and very family friendly.

I arrived afterhours and had trouble locating the lockbox where the room keys were located but called afterhours emergency number and the gentleman who answered was fantastic.

Great location, close to the hospital and very quiet. Gorgeous water view. Apartment had modern coastal styling, full kitchen and laundry facilities. Check in/check out process was easy.

Smooth and easy check in and our. Quick response time from staff. Unit itself was clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay.

Only downside was no late checkout available. Due to time of year - it was almost Christmas time.

the location was great. staff helped us out when we needed to stay for 2 more days.
