Fantastic location close to many theme parks and about 15 minutes from Surfers Paradise. The spa was amazing and relaxing. It’s only 5 mins walk from the beach, and has its own laundry with washing machine and drier in room. Full sized kitchen with everything you need and very clean and comfortable as well relaxing. Security parking as well.

I didn’t like the tight parking spot and the fact being on the top floor I had 5 lots of stairs from the car park basement to climb with a week’s worth of luggage. I also didn’t like to drive round the block to get out as it’s only one way on the road. The shopping centre is about 10 mins drive away.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. Angela was well organised and friendly and everything in the unit was perfect. I loved the pool and spa and the garden setting. Glimpses of the ocean and beach promenade and close proximity to both through the side gate onto Third Avenue was great. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be coming again. The value for money is outstanding!

The property was clean the location was 5 minutes to the beach and 12 minutes walk to the hub of Burleigh Heads. The management was accommodating and friendly.

No lifts to the upper 2 floors,if you have heavy luggage, it me be a bit hard, but if that’s a not problem just ask the management to provide you lower apartment.

The location was suitable for my needs to get to Varcity lakes. The beach was only 5 minutes walking distance. The location is good if you need to be away from the crowds. The room was spacious and comfortable.

There was not much I didn't ike about this location. Perhaps if there was walking distance to a cafe or grocery would be nice.. But that is unreasonable to expect from the accommodation.

Fantastic clean apartment with balconies off the lounge and bedroom. Laundry included. 3 minute walk and you are on Burleigh Heads beachfront. Angela goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is great. Would stay again.

Leaving

Very close to the beach - a few minutes walk. The size of the apartment was great for 4 adults and it has all the facilities we needed including washing machine and dryer.

It was a little busy and noisy with the roadworks happening in that area but not the fault of the venue. The actual apartment was great.

My husband, myself and our 2 kids just had an Absolutely amazing holiday! We stayed for 12 days at key largo and could not fault it. The bed was so comfy, the room was clean, it was extremely close to the beach and the pool was beautiful! We loved it so much and can not wait to come back

We couldn't figure out the oven because the pictures on it have faded or completely disappeared. The car park was really tight especially for a 4wd.

The property was very easy to locate and east to access via public transport. Upon arriving the reception staff was so friendly and helpful. the apartment was a lot bigger than I had expected and a lot more bedding. the other residents/guests were friendly and we loved the heated pool and spa.

The only thing you would need to be prepared for is that there is no lift. 3 flights could be a challenge for older people and people with young children.

The location was great for us . The manager Angela did everything in her power to make our stay comfortable even moving us to a ground floor apartment. Thank you

No lifts . This was a major for my wife and I. Unless I had a ground floor apartment I would not stay there.

Location: a short walk to the beach, restaurants and groceries, secure parking, well maintained grounds, secure complex, value for money, friendly helpful staff: we were so grateful the staff were able to shuffle bookings to allow us to stay longer the day before we were due to check out. We loved that we could prepare our own meals and do our washing etc. It was the perfect home away from home. We will absolutely be back!

We knew the unit has been cleaned when we arrived due to the overwhelming smell of bleach and sticky floors but it really needed a deep clean. We found small pieces of chocolate scattered around the unit, a used bandaid in one of the display baskets in the kitchen and a can of deodorant under the bed. Most of the dishes and utensils were dirty and the bedside tables were dusty. Throw cushions on the lounge were stained. Once we purchased some of our own cleaning supplies and gave it a once over we really did enjoy our stay and the facilities this unit had to offer.
