The location and staff were excellent. We could walk to cafes and to the beach. The facilities were good. We also liked the spaciousness of the apartment.

The wifi was terrible and we could not get free to air television at first. The staff worked hard to rectify this. The oven and dishwasher were very old. They worked but you could not read the temperature on the dials of the oven and the door did not close properly.

Apartment was good, although meagerly stocked, eg two sachets of dishwashing liquid etc for a week long stay. Enough cooking utensils to cater for a family

While we had a good stay, it was marred by a couple of things. Firstly there are two major building sites within 100 meters of the apartment so they were both noisy during the day. The security in the apartments was so tight that in certain areas the key fob did not work and I had to climb over a wall to get out as attempts to get attention/help failed. ( I am not young and forgot my mobile phone.) All in all good, but it might be good to check the building works.

Excellent location. Apartment was huge and comfortable with everything you could need. Michael was very helpful and organized a different car space as our car was too big to fit in the allocated one. View was beautiful. Loved that there was a tv in every bedroom. Has 180 degree views which was fantastic. So close to shops on Tedder avenue. Beach just across the road. We also had a gorgeous magpie nest in the tree outside and got to watch the babies which was wonderful.

Not something that can be done anything about but another apartment was constantly smoking on their balcony so we couldn’t have the balcony doors open because of the smell which was a bit annoying.

3B apartment was stunning (No23) - plenty of room for 6 adults, furniture was beautiful, beds very comfortable. Everything you need in a home a way from home. Full size fridge/freezer w/ice maker/water, washer/dryer etc. Great view of the beach and surrounds, straight across the road (1min walk), lifeguard stationed directly in front added bonus. Pool and BBQ facilities great + tennis court. *Michael was wonderful - told him what tours we were looking at and he did all the hard work sorting them for us while we went off and did other things😍 Definitely stay again

Only negative was no air-conditioning in 2 of the bedrooms. Got very hot up one end of apartment until the night seabreezes kicked in.

The location was excellent, with a patrolled beach straight across the road, with a traffic light crossing right out front as well. A short walk to the local shops and restaurants, with a leisurely 25 minute stroll along the beach to Surfers Paradise shops. The reception staff were excellent, friendly and able to assist in recommending things to do and the purchasing of tickets directly. The apartment was very spacious and had everything supplied. A great poolside area with pool, spa, sauna, BBQ area and tennis court. Able to watch the whales swim by from the balcony.

Nothing not to like, trip could have been longer.

Very spacious 3 bedroom apartments next door to each other for our Senior School Volleyball team. Michael was very helpful before our stay with several phone calls to ensure we had the bed configuration we needed for our group. Kitchen areas were very well equipped to cook for our group of 10 people. 2 bathrooms for each apartment made life simple so we could get back to our Tournament fast.

The location of accommodation is perfect! If you don't want to be amongst the craziness of surfers then this is the place for you. The staff at Norfolk Apartments are amazing. There was a slight issue with check in (on my end) but it was quickly resolved within minutes. I also asked to check in early as my guests arrived early from overseas. They were unsure on the day prior but told me to ask again on the day of check in. On the day of check in, this was facilitated and my family did not have to wait for hours to check in. Thank you Norfolk staff.

Didn't necessarily "Dislike" anything however. As mentioned in other review the place is a little old but dont let that put you off. it is clean, with great amount of space and very homely. Also mentioned in other reviews there is construction across the road. This cannot be helped. An observation i made is that there is loud construction noises coming from all directions besides the one across the road. So it doesnt really matter even if the building across the road was finished. you were still get noise.

Beautiful warm family friendly property. Felt like this apartment and complex had those extra little touches that made it feel like a home. Main bed was really comfortable, excellent facilities, and hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Pool and spa were great and loved the tennis courts, they even had some books you could borrow during your stay. The room had everything you could want and the location is spectacular. Right across from an amazing beach, and Tedder Ave one block away for coffee and amazing restaurants. Views were sensational too. We will be back!

Just the sand in the spa needed a bit if a clean out. But to be expected when you are across from the beach.

The apartment was huge, bathrooms were great, the 3 bedrooms all had a balcony each, so we all could separate for some downtime within the apartment. We didn't use the facilities, only a quick trip, but they looked great. Great location.

Unfortunately, there were two new constructions going on directly in front and next too, so it was very loud through the day, and they started work at 6am, but no fault of Norfolk, just bad timing.

The location and the view, plus having a bedroom each for our kids and an ensuite was brilliant. We also loved having our own little laundry and all the kitchen conveniences, it was a life saver. The tennis courts and pool were also easily accessible and we could enjoy everything.

The cleaning was a bit rushed and I had to wipe the sides of the bathroom floors before we used it, but no other complaints.
