Clean, well furnished and equipped one-bed apartment with ocean and river views from the balcony. Around the corner from Tedder Avenue with its shops and restaurants and a short walk across the road to the Main Beach ‘G: Link’ light rail. Lovely walks in nearby parkland and along the beach path to Main Beach Pavilion and the Surf Life Saving Club. Arrived on a Sunday afternoon when reception was closed and so accessed our key via a key safe by the main door. Lovely welcome the following morning from on-site Managers who were very helpful throughout our stay. On-site underground secure parking for our rental car was a bonus.

Nothing really. We had wooden slatted blinds on all windows. If morning light bothers you, check in advance whether this applies to the bedroom of the apartment you will be staying in.

The location is great and the views were awesome. We got a 2br apartment for my husband, daughter and I and it was great having 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and lounge. The pool is great, we spent a lot of time there. Having the shops and restaurants just up the road at Tedder Ave was handy - so good to walk up there for a bite to eat or some simple groceries. We also walked to Sea World from the apartment too. The air-con was really good and powerful - probably just a bit noisy but it was 'white noise' and not distracting. We'll be back.

The room was clean and spacious, but looks old. Small refurbished would make the room brighter. When we stay, the bathroom shower door a stuck ..... need a bit force to closed and open it. Aircond was noisy but cold :), Location is great ..... walking distance to cafe's and restaurant and beach. Tram station is about 5 minutes walk, going to Surfer Paradise or the other side of the Gold Coast.

Noisy aircon and limited Bath soap, with over $300 a night I am sure you can afford to spare 1 or 2 tube extra shower gel or provide more decent size shower gel.

Very spacious and lovely view of the pool area. Nice and quiet and easy to get to from underground carpark. Short walk to beach and Tedder Avenue shops. Reception lovely and very helpful.

Furniture a bit tired and broken seat on balcony. Shower leaking in ensuite bathroom. All easy fixes that we reported to reception as perhaps previous guests did not bring to their attention. What they don’t know they can’t fix.

Great location, discovered a gem of street Tedder Avenue 2 down the road fantastic quality quaint restaurants out of the hustle and bustle of GC. Walking distance from Tram, beach etc. Heated indoor and outdoor pools etc. lovely spacious apartment

Great clean apartment. The kitchen and bathrooma are dated but clean. The air-conditioning is noisy but manageable. Funny that there a no showers at the pool or at the sauna.

They never sent me the after-hours safe combination so I was worried I would not get in. But they were helpful when we called.

We stayed on the 13th floor. The view was so lovely at night, and also, being able to see the ocean during the day was wonderful. The late arrival check-in process was super easy. Crest is a quick walk toTedder Ave and cafes and restaurants. 20 mins drive to Warner Bros and WetnWild and only 6 mins to SeaWorld.

Location is really good, staff were fantastic and really friendly. The room was perfectly fine for my needs, I didn't use the oven or microwave but everything else was as expected. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine for my needs.

I didn't use it but being charged for a pool towel seems a bit extreme to me.

Great Hotel. Good sized rooms. Can see the beach from the balcony. Loved the indoor and outdoor pool. Beach is only a short walk away. Didn’t get to use the tennis court but plan to come back and stay again.

When arriving missed the entrance twice trying to find the hotel as was all blocked off for the super cars with only a tiny gap to get into the hotel. Would have liked the staff to advise when I called on the day discussing arrival time.

Good central location, bright and fresh apartment with great outlook, very clean and nicely furnished/decor. Enjoyed the sunny northerly aspect.

Nothing particularly, just a couple of bathroom issues needing slight attention, but nothing to complain about. Some construction noise which is out of your control, but again, not complaining.
