The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was great clean and tidy, and the TV connected easily to the phone to share our TV apps, like Disney. The Golf course is amazing. We're not golfers, but we wanted somewhere to take the boys for a bike ride and the path around the golf course was so great. The boys loved it. The inground bounce pillow was a favourite, as too was the playground and the pools. So much to do there, we really didn't need to leave, but we wanted to get the boys out and about. Having an EV charging station in the parking was a bonus too.

We loved the layout of the property, and the team was attentive and friendly. The free arcade was a fantastic touch, and the hotel has a wonderful family friendly atmosphere. Feels like a world class hotel! Well done team

The pool area is a fantastic space, but the layout could be improved. With the temperature at 38 degrees and no portable umbrellas available, finding shade feels like a game of hide and seek. While I understand concerns about wind, a simple solution could be installing fixed umbrellas for consistent shade. The pool area manager might want to reconsider the lounger and umbrella layout to make better use of the space. That said, the pool temperature was perfect, the kids’ splash park was well maintained, and the staff were attentive and helpful. We love the venue, especially the pool area, as it’s great for families. I hope this feedback is taken as constructive because it comes from a place of appreciation!

The room was very comfortable and the grounds were immaculate! The kids loved the pool area and games arcade, would have been nice to have some pool facilities for a slightly older age group (8-12; rather than 0-5), but otherwise great. What an awesome view to wake up to from level 15! Brekky buffet was awesome, as was the Italian restaurant for dinner.

A little disappointed there was no acknowledgement of our friend's birthday, despite leaving notes ahead of our reservation. It was a special occasion for us, so a little 'happy birthday' message on the tv on check in to our room or a cheap bottle of bubbles with a note which could have been added to our tab, would have been nice!

Parking in hotel directly under reception, beautiful views, room's furniture looked all new and modern, great place for kids aged 0-5, kids pool heated, family vibe, big pools so it doesn't feel crowded, waterside for kids was great, Japanese restaurant within the hotel was very delicious, breakfast next day was good, check ina and checkout was very smooth, great staff!

The shower in the rooms leaked water all over the bathroom after showering, and the kids waterplay zone has some potential hazards, both my partner and kid accidentally hit the water guns in different times while running around.

Loved how big the facility is, heaps of things for the kids to do, loved the Warm swimming pool, staff were amazing I was sun tanning and staff asked if I wanted an ice block which was really nice, staff take your order at the pool, concierge brought our bags to our room check in was made soo easy, hotel is close to supermarkets, fast food branches and nice area.

I think it was the last night in our hotel our bed wasn't properly made, the blanket was just thrown on top of the bed and looked like it was made but when the top blanket was pulled back it was the same slept in bed as the night before, Some ice machines were broken but we managed to find 1 that worked

The staff were AMAZING! So welcoming and able to accomodate questions regarding my husbands Coeliac dietary requirements when eating at the various restaurants to assisting my elderly mother-in-laws requests. So spacious which created the quieter environment.

Nothing too major but we had a few visits to Panorama Lounge. I would have liked to have seen gluten free biscuits (similar to brand like Byron Bay cookies in packaging) on offer for my husband to enjoy when we were able to have a treat with our drinks. It felt obvious we left him out when purchasing which can be uncomfortable through no fault of anyone’s.

The room was beautiful and very spacious! It was great attending a conference here and also staying here - great facilities and lovely location. The staff were very helpful too. A bonus was the bed was super comfy!

We found the breakfast was a bit pricey and there were no facilities in the room to be able to self cater for breakfast. An option of continential breakfast in your room would be great when staying for a longer period as we did.

It's a bit ugly from the outside but the hotel is beautiful inside and has amazing facilities. The pool area is great, the gym and spa are fantastic, and the rooms are nicely renovated and very comfortable. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the meals we had there too. I had a look around the conference facilities too - they are very impressive.

There is nothing really around and there is nowhere to walk as you aren't allowed on the golf course. The "nature walk" doesn't really exist and was blocked off half way round anyway, we had to clamber through a flower bed. If they could put a walking/running track around the golf course it would be peefect.

Pool was fantastic, only downside was trying to find a chair in the afternoon. In Room meal was wonderful and quick to arrive. Dessert was amazing. Even my picky son loved it. Convenient to have laundry, had to wait a while as only 2 of each washer/dryer but thats ok. the beds were the comfiest beds Ive slept on in a long time. I am already planning to come back just to sleep in the bed. Breakfast buffet was really good. Good variety. Staff were fantastic offering to help me multiple times as I was baby wearing at the time.

Scrambled eggs, not so nice- too wet. Not enough chairs / sunbeds around pool. Not enough shade too. If anything it would be nice to have a shallow wading pool for the toddlers / babies as even though we stayed near the sand in the slide pool, there were so many older kids running past causing splashing, not looking out for little ones.

The staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful. The building while an older building the rooms are renovated and look lovely and fresh. Furnishing is the room was lovely and modern. Linen fresh and clean. Pools seemed lovely even though we didn’t have the opportunity to have a swim. Parking was easy and no issues finding a park. Not far from the hustle and bustle of the Gold Coast on a golf course.

While the rooms were lovely, clean and appeared newly renovated the shower in the bathroom needed a go over with some domestos as there was some mould in the shower which took away from the room. Also a bit of a musty smell in the room. Could have been as the weather was hot and humid. A good clean of the shower and good airing of the room would make this room much more pleasant as the actual room itself was good. The bed for us was a bit soft and we woke up with sore backs but that’s a personal preference as our bed at home is a lot firmer, and not the fault of the hotel.
