Apartment was so modern and beautifully renovated, really clean and amazing to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Kitchen had absolutely everything you need and even a dishwasher which was really appreciated. I get a bad back from most beds but woke up feeling great each day from the bed here, it was very comfortable. Smart TV's and individual split system air-conditioning in each of the rooms and wifi included. It was really spacious, lots of storage and our whole family was so comfortable for our stay and kids loved the pool. Buses literally right out the front or walk 2 mins for the tram. Shopping complex also 2 minutes away.

The apartment was great, everything is very new and tidy. Kitchenware, washing machine and dryer were great for use. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location is exceptional, tram outside just a few stops away to Surfers Paradise.

No lift, the 3 bedroom suite at located at the top floor hence be prepared to climb 4 levels of stairs which could be a hassle w luggages. Nonetheless, the stairs take you straight to the basement carpark which is fantastic in rainy weather.

I like how clean the facility was and how friendly the staff were. They were all friendly and helpful whenever I asked about anything. And I like how clean and tidy the pool area was.

I stayed for two weeks and I’m the room was cleaned once in that time. I ran out of toilet paper and clean cutlery and it would have been nice not to constantly smell the smoke from people outside my rooms bathroom window smoking and talking until late at night.

Very convenient location to light rail transport going all around GC. Room was clean and tidy. The apartment block accommodation section at the back, near pool area, was practically brand new. The reception staff are friendly and accommodating.

The location was really convenient. Main shops and eateries were walking distance. The tram station too was just near by so using the tram line to get to places we wanted to see was exceptional.

Maybe if the room were vacuumed out.

We only stayed 4 nights here, would of liked to stay here longer but had to get home to NZ

The property was close to public transport and shops, the pool was lovely and they had a smaller pool for littler kids, room was tidy and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

You can hear through the walls of the rooms and if the guests next door are loud all night you hear it.

We love and adored our stay here! Staff were great with communication, very welcoming, helpful and attentive. Our accommodation was clean, comfortable and suited our needs. Location is fantastic with everything within walking distance and public transportation too.

Location was great for our needs. Tram station very close and cheap to use. Staff were helpful and polite. If you need extra tea/coffee/cutlery etc, just ask.

Just a heads up, not really a dislike...The hot water is very hot.. Brill for cleaning plates and cups etc but very hot.

Southport Motel and Apartments is a fantastic choice with its great location and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are well-maintained with parking. Conveniently located near attractions, and transport, it’s perfect for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.
