we travelled with a group of 3 other couples all staying in a one or two bedroom apartment. We could not fault the facilities and the comfort of our accommodation. The rooftop entertainment and bbq area became our meeting place and we had a lot of fun together. What a brilliant addition to have this area for travelling friends to meet up. We will book again on our trip next year.

Everything was excellent. We couldn't fault anything. Perfect place to stay.

The decor was like a boutique hotel, had everything you could need in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable. The view from the 10th floor over the river was lovely. The apartment was clean

There was a miscommunication when we departed. We were sent a text message for express check out, which was most welcome, but it stated to leave the room key in our room. When we got to the garage gate we couldn't open it without the key, so we were forced to wait for one of the staff to arrive at work so they could let us out

CLEANING NEEDS TO BE MORE THOROUGH, ITEM UNDER FURNITURE IN CLEAR VIEW AND NOT SWEPT OR CLEANED IN RECENT TIMES. ALSO MAINTENANCE ON UNIT COULD BE IMPROVE, WATER DAMAGED CEILING NOT REPAIRED WALL PAPER COMING AWAY FROM WALL, WOULD IMPROVE STANDARD.

The rooms were clean and included amenities/facilities for you to cook and do laundry. This is a excellent place to stay especially if you're staying long term for work and don't want to eat out every day. Staff were very friendly and able to provide detailed information on things to do during your downtime in Mackay. They also provided good recommendations for places to eat!

Position was great next to or close to good restaurants. River view, easy parking . Safe access easy to communicate via txt on changes . After hours access good process.

food crumbs on carpet under/near bed edge. Dirty underneath of cup when I handled it. Inconsistency of office opening/ closing information eg opens at eight closes at six with a qualifier of unless otherwise shown. Not easy to follow this when travelling. List of housekeeping tasks stuck on unit wall. Felt like an inconvenience to interrupt paper work when checking in/out.

Quiet, comfortable air conditoning. Comfortable bed. Rooms were quiet, secure parking and good kitchen facilities.

No bath. Toilet roll holder too close to the toilet. Kept banging arm on it. Would ha e been better placed at the back rather than the front position. Tissue box almost empty on arrival and no spare.

Excellent location by the river, with easy access to Bluewater Quay walk, Fogan bridge and the restaurants and cafes along Wood St. Only 2 mins walkto Caneland shopping centre. We had a comfortable 2brm apartment with a large king bed in one room and Queen in the other. Two bathrooms made it easy with the family. Best of all with the enormous balcony we had. it was bigger than the whole apartment! Other than that the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great position, spacious living area and bedroom. Modern design. Secure parking.

The room had no view at all even though it was listed as a feature. There was a concrete and tiled court yard with high brick walls and tall trees. Very disappointed upon arrival as it did not meet the description when booked. See photos.

There was a lot of dust in the rooms (on ceiling fans, around pictures and mirror and behind furniture) my daughter has dust mite allergies.

Spacious apartment with all the amenities you need. Nicely decorated and we had the added bonus of a private courtyard. Great location with being so close to Caneland Mall, the Esplanade and Bluewater Lagoon.

The apartment only had blinds and no drapes which meant even with the blind down you could see into the lounge and bedroom at night. Although generally very clean, the couch arm rests and bed cover had old stains which was a bit off putting.
