The staff here are truly remarkable. I had to make alternative travel arrangements with the hotel manager and she went above and beyond to help me out with my alternative travel plans and I will always be greatful. The rooms have been remodelled and they are very nice indeed the bed was king size and I have never slept better, it was truly a top quality mattress in the room and it was quality. There's a lot to be said about customer satisfaction and this place has made this customer feel very satisfied.

I liked everything its difficult to complain about anything here so just enjoy your stay.

The bed was amazing especially after a 12 hour shift. So soft and comfortable. The shower had the best water pressure and a rain head shower was absolutely perfect on those aching muscles. Tho I didn't get to swim in the pool it looked absolutely inviting and I heard many a guest enjoying the facilities. The rooms are almost sound proof so cannot hear any traffic at all and for me that was a big tick

There's wasn't any one thing about the hotel that was a disappointment. Fantastic value for money, great service, and excellent facilities. Exceeded my expectations

The room was clean and tidy.The bed was super comfy and large. The kids liked the bunk beds. The shower was good and clean. The wifi was pretty good but only in the main living area. Undercover parking right outside our room was great. Staff were friendly.

We were travelling as a family of 5 so a little more bench space would have been nice but we made do with what we had. Cutlery was lacking but we had our own anyway. We would happily stay again if the price is right.

The reception. We we’re meet with the nicest, caring, exception staff member. She was the best receptionist and made our stay relaxing from the moment we walked in the door. She couldn’t do enough for us from giving us recommendations of places to see, helping with sunburn and assisting with washing our clothes. The property was exception with the comfiest of beds to the cleanest of bathrooms.

Not a thing, would recommend anyone to stay here.

The bed was comfy. There was complacentry tea and coffee in the room on arrival. The room and establishment was clean. The staff member at the desk was polite and happy. Had a sense of humour which I like. I liked the pool. It was not overly pricy to stay there.

There was a toaster and utensils but no plates in the room to use. There was tea and coffee but no biscuits. I have a holiday kit for these basics so not a hassle.

Modern refreshed rooms with a pillow top mattress, great air conditioning, great water pressure and hot water, 20min walk to heaps of restaurants, plenty of power points in room and lovely helpful staff

Not enough pillows, also when ever the neighbor was smoking out the front of their room, our bathroom fan drew in the smoke and made our room smell, a dedicated smoking area away from the rooms would be better

Lady at front desk very helpful, friendly, bright and bubbly. She was more than accomodating giving us recommendations on where to have dinner which was very helpful. The rooms were quiet, clean and modern. Great location if stopping for a night whilst travelling as it’s on the main road however the motel is so quiet you wouldn’t know. We would definitely stay here again.

Service was phenomenal! Such beautiful manners. Very welcoming. Felt just like home but better. Kids loved the pool, we loved the beds. Room was so spacious plenty of room for my 2 boys. Definitely will be back.

Maybe a broom inside the rooms, having 2 young boys the floor get pretty dirty quickly. But only that as an option for my own personal need haha 😊

Bernie was an amazing hostess and made us feel more than welcome. We even ended up staying an extra night because she was so helpful and kind with local knowledge tips and just an absolutely great personality. If ever in Mackay again I won't even look elsewhere for accommodation because great value and amazing atmosphere. Loved it

Nothing it was just great

I love this place, I stsy here often, it's been updated since my last visit, but it's still a very comfortable place to stay and I recommend it very highly, as the manager goes out of his way to ensure that you are comfortable and happy
