Great apartment and loved the swimming pool although some pool noodles were a soooo e for a couple of days but then disappeared. The bbq area was great too. Beds comfy and apartment modern

I feel when people are travelling and accomodation offered a dishwasher, washing machine and toilet that there should be sufficient Supplies for the length of the stay. There was only one dishwasher tablet, 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 sachet of laundry powder. It’s not something you want to go and buy as you can’t buy a couple of each of these things

I loved the apartment. It was very up to date and today's fashion. The furniture was beautiful. It was huge.

I didn't like the shower over the bath without a suction mat. I was scared I would fall getting out. It was very slippery. There was only half a roll of toilet paper. There should have been another one. And there was no all purpose cleaner to keep the benches etc, clean. I had to buy one of which I couldn't take home with me. The salt and pepper shakers were empty.

Perfect location.. close to the ocean and coffee shops.. Tyrone on reception was amazing.. friendly and accommodating of our needs..

The only thing I would complain about was the bed.. It was uncomfortable, I think the main bedroom with the ensuite needs a new mattress as I felt like I had a spring in my back all night.. maybe a mattress topper would help ?? Otherwise the unit had everything we needed and it was clean..

The location was superb and the apartment was just the right size .The air conditioning was terrific for the time of year we stayed. We absolutely loved the pool. The only thing I would complain about was the pillows they were too soft but everyone likes different things when it comes to sleeping

Apart from the pillows I really can’t complain we loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer 7nights wasn’t long enough another 2 or 3 would have been nice 😊 I would have loved a lift as we stayed on the second floor with a child and a baby but I would request a lower level

great location as it was easy walk to shops, coffee, club and beach. what more could you ask for! Unit had easy to use washing machine and a dishwasher too.

could use more power points also noticed some areas in need of repair. But noting major. Small water leak and damage to architrave at bathroom\toilet.

it needed a bit of clean and pool needs also a clean and the furniture needs a clean and upgrade. not a lot of privacy in a units balcony area

Beautiful place to stay, in the past 50yrs of staying in hotels Paradis Pacifique had the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in, 💯 happy, staff were so lovely, we had 4 hotel rooms for our family, our event was a Bridal Party & family from overseas, facilities were amazing, bbq & pool, we would without a doubt be booking here again in the future, the rooms were in an immaculate condition.

Apartment was very clean and cool. Consideration was given for the heat and humidity outside, we arrived to find the fans and Aircon had both been switched on to cool the room down prior to our arrival.

insignificant however the kitchen cabinet organisation. Whilst everything was very clean, the items in the draws and cabinets had been thrown in on top of each other in a messy and unorganized manner. made it difficult at times to pull things out.

Location was great, just a street away from the beach, a short walk to the local shops at Cotton Tree (literally 200 metres) with the Sunshine Plaza a 10 min walk away. The apartment was very well kept and very comfortable for me and my young family.

We enjoyed our stay here, did not see any staff, only the manager once. The electric jug was faulty, there was no iron or clothes rack. The pool wasnt heated but we were comfortable, did not get to stay on our first night as our plane was late getting into Sydney. Location was great, would stay there again.
