The location was perfect. Close to everything you need. Cotton Tree Plaza, a 2-minute walk, Maroochy Surf club just across the road along with the beach. Our unit was beautifully presented and clean and had all the amenities we needed, we had all the windowns open, facing the beach, and their was always a beautiful sea breeze coming through. We absolutely loved our private rooftop access. The views were beautiful up there. Lots of parking and our own garage to park our car if needed, a pool and BBQ area and not to mention if you have kids, free wifi. We will definitely be back. The only downfall is that their are no lifts, so you are carrying luggage/bags up 3 flights of stairs.

Excellent location and facilities. Great communication. We had a comfortable stay with plenty of room for two couples. Wifi was good and hot water/showers great. Kitchen and fridge excellent. Well maintained property with great access to the beach and shops.

The only improvement we could ask for was a/c in the bedrooms as the weekend we stayed was quite hot. The a/c in the main room is great however and managed to take the edge off in the bedrooms with the fans going. Microwave light flickers - would recommend it be checked.

The location was so good being able to walk to the beach. Was really close to the town as well. Was a good size for the 7 of us who stayed 3 adults and 4 children. Was close to attractions we visited The Ginger Factory and SeaWorld while staying. Very impressed how fast the dishwasher was looked at and replaced when it stopped working. The lady in reception was very helpful with any queries we had.

The fact there was no lift with a 5 month and 18 month old this was difficult. Although I was told when we arrived that it is in the information, it was not something I noticed that needed to be high lighted more .

Everything was clean; easy access to Cotton Tree Town Centre, the beach and surf club. Also something simple we loved was the toilet that was right next to the pool, we have little kids and so good for bathroom trips rather than having to go back to the room 100 times.

There was not anything not to like. The kids and adults had an amazing time.

We were told twice that we hadn’t told them about and paid for all our guests, which we had. Consequently we didn’t receive enough towels, which wasn’t an issue, but it was then insinuated that we’d taken some of the towels, which was untrue.

The location was very good and close to the beach, Surf Club and lots of local shops.

The unit owner had the garage full of private stuff and I wasn't able to park my car in the garage. I feel that this distracted from the experience and was not offered any other secure parking options. Just told to park in the visitors car park, outside in the weather.

The location was exceptional, the apartment had all the amenities we needed and the courtyard was perfect for playing or relaxing together as a family.

The absolute only minor downside was there was no latch on the gate from the courtyard.

Great location, short walk to Maroochydore surf club and Cotton tree shopping area. The apartment was well equipped for my needs. Its nice to have all the doors open and let the breeze come through. The apartments are managed by a friendly couple with a nice resident cat.

It's a busy road so it's a bit noisy during the day. Access is by stairs only.

The location is excellent, liked the spaciousness of the older style building being a proper 2 bed, full kitchen, laundry etc. Two min stroll to Surf Club and swimming. Markets on every weekend, short walk to shops and beautiful Cotton Tree beach area.

Be careful turning on hot taps (especially if you have young kids) as water is very hot and can burn. Some older style buildings don't have temperature regulators.

Nice unit with a modern kitchen, two bedrooms, two toilets and two bathrooms and a washing machine and dryer. It had all the facilities that we needed on a holiday

As the complex was on a busy road it was noisy when sitting out on the patio.
