I will respond very succinctly: staff (Janelle and David); rooms (size, views, amenities); access to airport, shops, local bus to other locations, beach, beach walks, park, and for visitors to drop by. I like that the Santorini manager knows and is connected to the local people and local events.

If you don't like planes, you might find a fault. But, equally, can provide interesting chat points and photos (minor).

Location excellent as were the facilities available on offer in the room.Bedrooms were spacious, clean and beds were very comfortable. Flawsome cafe below accommodation was exceptional! Special Biscoff Latte has to be tried..hot or iced!! Upgraded park across road kept the grandkids entertained. Can't fault for location

The master bedroom door rattled in the wind- could benefit by attaching a seal Recliner couch broken/ not working ( levers gone)

Our family of 5 adults and 1 child had a great stay at Santorini Waters! The staff are really lovely. The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and very well-equipped. Mudjimba Beach is a lovely area, with the beach, SLSC and a playground just across the road from the apartment. Really great food options right at the door, and a 5-minute drive to supermarkets. There’s also a regular bus that goes right up to Noosa Heads, with a stop just around the corner. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Nothing not to like.

Easy checkin check out process - lovely owners. Beds were very comfortable, clean. Nice modern bathrooms too. Had all the facilities one could want for a pleasant stay, including secure parking. Great location across the road from the beach located on a not so busy road, away from all the other overly build up parts of Sunshine Coast, with some nice cafes and restaurants to choose from, and only a short drive to supermarket or bigger shop outlets. Pool was lovely to use and they had a tennis court too. Would definitely return here again.

Very minor things like the tv placed in a awkward position so you were watching it on the couch with having to face sideways almost. Bit of a slow elevator too.

The location was fantastic, with great restaurants just downstairs and nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s only a 2–3 minute walk to the beach. The business owners, Janelle and David, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back! We’re even considering making this our go-to spot for celebrating everyone’s birthdays.

That our stay came to an end and that we didn’t stay longer!

The location is fantastic and the room was large and spacious. The bathrooms were lovely

There were a few cleanliness things that seemed like they’d been missed for a long time, ie some corners in the bathroom had lots of hair and dust and the skirting boards were very dirty. Finally the body wash etc were in single use disposable containers, but they weren’t replenished between stays so we ran out of body wash.

Spaciousness, clean and bright. Great location, close to cafes, fish and chips, beach across the road. Great apartment. Great security.

The front bedroom was always hot. The air con did not make it in there.. fan helped a bit but just blew around hot air. room 20 would benefit from a small air con if possible. Other than that would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Every thing was just perfect. Location being exactly 2mins from the conference Centre, in amongst restaurants, across the road from one of the best beaches on the Sunshine Coast. To wake up with a view of the ocean was amazing. The apartment is self-contained, clean and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable.

Clean, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Great outdoor area. Janelle & Dave were very friendly. Janelle personally showed me to the apartment, which was a nice touch. Fantastic location. Absolutely no complaints. I would 100% recommend to others. If I were lucky enough to return to the area, then I would want to stay here again.

The only thing that I didn’t like about the property is that I had to leave!

Good Location right across the road from Park and Beach. Walking access to Cafe, Restaurant, Bakery, Fish & Chips and General Store. Great views from our apartment. Easy drives to Maroochydore, north to Noosa and up to Buderim. Quick access to the airport when leaving. Building Managers very accommodating and friendly. You could stay here without a car as access to the airport is close (Taxi / Uber) and all other facilities within walking distance.

Overall very good Some furnishing & carpets could use an upgrade. Near airport but there are only a handful of flights a day so aircraft noise acceptable
