Great location and friendly and helpful staff! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! Can't wait to go back!

Love the pool area. Great balcony overlooking the pool. Fantastic being beachfront. All required amenities within walking distance. Like that Surfair Bistro is onsite (BBQ pizza is amazing).

General cleanliness was good but could be better (there were some chunks of food stuck on one drawer, some plates were a bit grubby, and the sliding door outer tracks were dirty, the balcony tiles were sticky, obviously hadn't been mopped...). Rooms could do with a refurb, not just furniture, they're very dated (but for price are ok). Are room had no coffee table which was weird. Wish there were pet-friendly rooms!

I loved how clean and comfy and spacious your rooms were! I had the worst trip up here finally got to "Ramada at Wyndham Marcoola " The staff was friendly , efficient, and helpful then I go up to the 1bdr apartment for me and my son and was amazed at how beautiful it was , there were 3 balcony's! with comfortable sitting , the kitchen sparkled and was well stocked with kitchenware. I can't speak highly enough of the cleaners, reception and the room . There was private access to beach with a huge pool ! A courtesy bus going to and from surf club nightly. A pub next door that turns into a club at nights Fri& Sat night Food served next door breakfast lunch and dinner. There is a bottle shop and convenience store and servo across Rd as well as Subway and a burger joint called "Burgerista"¡ best burgers I've ever had in my life! 'll be back , I highly recommend and we are fussy! Thankyou to all xo We did not have a car long story! and still had the best time in Marcoola the beach was beautiful!

We liked our studio room with a washing machine and dryer. They were our lifesavers for our road trip. Also, we were satisfied with the customer service, especially from Marieanne. She is so legend, friendly and helpful. Even though she hurt her leg, she was able the outstanding customer service to us. She is a superstar. I really appreciated her and other staff's hospitality while I was living in Ramada.

The internet wasn't reliable leading us could not watch Netflix while we were in the room. Also, the restaurant staff were not as friendly as the hotel staff. We were waiting for long for our beverage order.

After a few cancelled flights due to the weather and traveling alone with my three children under four, I was absolutely exhausted and stressed out. I quickly booked this as it was close to the airport and I was in the middle of a hectic storm & I’m so glad I did. The ladies at reception were absolutely lovely, understanding my exhaustion and entertaining my children as I checked in. I felt like I could finally unwind and relax. When I got to the apartment, it was absolutely beautiful. A big spa bath to unwind in, the most comfiest beds, dry cleaner to fix our soaking clothing, a great view of the airport, big fat super soft recliner chairs and the most beautiful homely beach inspired decor. If I wasn’t ending my holiday here, I would have stayed longer. The pool was beautiful, basically on the beach and the restaurant makes an epic pizza! Great priced too. Absolutely loved this place even though it was very short. Felt like a little safe haven after a hectic few days.

The staff were very helpful, cheerful and friendly. The 2-bedroom apartment was amazing, with fantastic views and the bed was very comfortable

Although the views were amazing and I had fortunately packed an eye mask for sleeping, I would not have been happy as the room is so bright so early in the morning. I would suggest some block out blinds for those that need to sleep past 5am as the sun comes through all of the blinds. Also having an air con in the main bedroom would be great. We had issues in the morning trying to get a taxi to the airport so perhaps adding a shuttle bus service would be beneficial too.

I loved how close it was to the beach. The large lagoon pool was not crowded despite being the school holidays. There was washing machine and dryer between the two units so I could wash our clothes before we went home. I love the fact that the apartment had a tv in the bedroom and in the lounge-room so the two of us could watch different shows at night. Also the hotel bistro downstairs was very convenient, has wonderful staff and serves great food. The chicken and chorizo pizza was amazing and the schnitzels are huge! There is also a day spa on site where I had a 30 minute infrared sauna - my very first!

The room didn't have a hairdryer (1207A) or a water jug. There was no water available at the premises and we could only drink room temperature tap water. The unfortunate part of the stay was that the apartment was right above the loading area for the restaurant so you could hear all of the bottles being tipped into the bin at about 7am.

The location, facilities and friendly helpful staff. The manager even made it a more special for us as we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. Access to everything when you stay here like the pool, restaurant spa house beach and even the local general stores. Also they provide free use of things for guests to use such as pool equipment bikes, boards etc. The staff are amazing and so helpful. Grace was amazing to deal with also she is so friendly. This was my first trip to qld and it was the best experience I’ve ever had so thank you Ramada thank you Grace, and thank you Marcoola!

Was just a quick stay to be close to the airport for an early flight, but I loved it so much I stayed another night when I got back. The location is excellent, close to everything you need. My favourite part is how close it is to the beach, do yourself a favour and go for a long walk along the beach of an afternoon - bliss! I was even lucky enough to watch whales breaching out of the water during my walk. I didn't go for a swim, but the pool area looks lovely. The room itself was simple, but exactly what I was chasing for a short stay.

Clearer directions to your carpark - I did struggle finding my spot at first, but other than that, absolutely nothing!

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the pool facilities were brilliant with a great location being able to walk straight onto the beach! Restaurant served great food and we really enjoyed the trivia night in the bar too.

The kitchen wasn’t as well equipped as we had hoped it would be (things like no utensil suitable for making eggs in the morning). The lock on one of our balcony doors was also worn away and therefore unable to be locked.
