The space. The fact it had washing facilities. Great size bed. Carpark

Most of the kitchen items were not clean. Especially the microwave. When we booked it said it was 400m to centre. It was more like 1km. Long distance to walk especially later at night when it was dark and raining. Carpark very tight fit Booking.com gave us the wrong room details. When we opened the key lock it was empty. Then someone was in our room. The number we were given to call said call back in the morning!!! Not ideal. Managed to track down someone in a different apartment block who told us our room was next door. Not ideal after a long journey. Double glazing would be good. Make it more fuel efficient. Aircon didn’t reach the bedroom with the shutters open. Would be better sited on wall above the sofa.

This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay including umbrellas. Safe and clean. Great WiFi in apartment 207. Was a bit of confusion in regards to Seascape Coral Apartments which also have units available at this address but don't offer WiFi. You would need to double check before booking that you have got the correct units. Any queries were answered promptly prior to travel. Added bonus were the staff at the Verandah Apartments who looked after our tours and having local knowledge picked the perfect days for us as we went when the weather was wet. Nothing was to much trouble. Thank you Sue and Wendy. Arrival and booking out was seamless. We arrived late and could check in the next day as we were able to get into our apartment after hours and on leaving we were able to do that to earlier. If we go back to Port Douglas in the future we will be booking this apartment

There are no disadvantages

Good size for a one bedroom apartment. The pool was great for the kids, a decent size and well heated. Well appointed kitchen and laundry facilities in the room.

Not much wrong, the couch wasn’t overly comfortable, but reasonable for a one bedroom apartment.

Great communication leading up to our stay. Access details provided were easy to follow. Apartment was clean and tidy, with air conditioning on to welcome us. A note was in plain view welcoming us for our stay with a couple of issues the previous tenants noticed. Happy to report these were not an issue for us at all. Check in completed the following day just up the road, easy walk or car ride. We drove as it was raining. Michelle was very friendly and gave me a few tips. We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was well stocked with necessities. Bed was comfortable. Pool wasn't busy on the couple of fine days we had. Would happily book to stay again in future.

Had some noise with people in apartment above moving furniture around early in the morning but that only happened twice. Kitchen a bit cramped but well stocked.

Beautiful setting, quiet, light and open apartment plan, lovely pool area and facilities, well located for access to the beach and Macrossan St.

Pillows were a little soft for our personal liking.

Quiet, but close to beach & main street which was so convenient. Great to have Sue & Michelle arrange & book trips for us.

No real issue but Toilet roll holder in awkward position on wall 😅

outdoor common bbq area and pool area have no artificial lights, so of no use at evening/night.

Easy access to beach, room had more than enough facilities. Comfy bed, some condiments supplied too.

It was quiet and situated within walking distance of everything. Nice pool and well equipped

I know it sounds silly but the water was so incredibly hot!!!

Great location close to everything. Room had lots of extra items in kitchen to use. Very friendly staff! Organized all our bus transfers.
