Great location close to beach and main street. Also there is a Beam electric scooter parking bay nearby if you fancy a different way to get around. Loved the Nespresso pod machine for coffees and one night all the restaurants were booked out, so we were able to go to Coles, buy ingredients and the apartment had everything we needed to whip up a meal for the family. The room was fully air-conditioned, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a family of 4, including smart TV and Foxtel. The washer and dryer were fantastic and we had off street parking undercover.

Honestly just nitpicking here - the pool area was a little dated but it was still beautiful to cool off. We also had stairs to navigate with luggage and there is no lift - so that is just something to consider in terms of accessibility. The place was great and there was very little to dislike!

tony the on site manager was so lovely and helpful and made our holiday so enjoyable. this property is the perfect spot to stay in port Douglas maximum 5 minute walk into the Main Street of macrossan the beach is literally across the road which is situated next to the surf club. the hotel itself is immaculate to the highest standards of cleanliness and the grounds beautifully maintained. my sisters and I had the most amazing holiday here and will definitely be back soon. thank you so much tony and all White House staff.

The interior design, soft furnishings, kitchen equipment and every type of plate, glass and mug that you would ever need. The outlook onto tropical ferns and palms was fantastic and we had breakfast on the balcony every morning.

It didn’t really worry us but the pool is more of a backyard pool rather than a resort style pool.

This Accomodation is in an amazing location and the rooftop apartment number 9 is simply the best! Only 2 minutes away from the patrolled 4 mile beach and 5 minutes to the start of the main street I’ll make sure to stay at the same place next time. The rooftop balcony is huge and makes breakfast outside even more so special.

Amazing location and staff. Great size and decor of accommodation and everything you could need plus more in the kitchen. Perfectly located for everything in Port Douglas. wish we had booked for longer!

swimming pool was small but not really important for us when you have the Great Barrier Reef in your door step

This was the best equipped, most comfortable, and immaculate apartment we have ever visited. It is perfectly situated for all amenities, and the hosts are friendly, helpful, and always available when needed.

Nothing - it was perfect!

Loved our stay. Had almost everything we needed. No oven in our rooftop terrace but we were able to use one in another family members unit. We loved the pool and bbq area. Everything was very clean and in good condition. Tony the owner was lovely and a pleasure to deal with.

An oven in the apartment would have been handy as we spent most nights in because our kids are little.

Location was perfect. Pool was excellent - warm and small enough that young children were safe. The bbq around the pool area was great for our large family. Our apartment was very nice with good facilities.

My only, very small criticism, was that we had no cling wrap and the foil ran out. Minor details, given the rest of the kitchen facilities were excellent!!!

Loved how private and quiet the place was... Close to beach, restaurants and day trips Very clean and tidy had everyrhing we needed teens could spread out and have their own balcony too!

What wasn't to like? Beautiful boutique hotel, with immaculate facilities inside and out. I honestly couldn't fault our stay at all. We were 100m from the beach and a 2 min walk from Main St! Perfect

I didn't like that we had to leave so soon.
