Good sized unit with all amenities including well equipped kitchen, full sized fridge, laundry & separate dining area. Secured car park at night. Nice undercover swimming pool (although the water was a bit cold). The motel is very convenient with shopping centre a 5 minute walk away and plenty of restaurants near by.

Air con ? What air con? There were air con units on the side of the building but no air con remotes or controls in the units. There seemed to be no air flow coming out of the couple of vents in the unit. A couple of nights slept on couch down stairs as the upstairs bedroom was too hot and stuffy. Road noise - the motel is on the corner of 2 busy roads with an ambulance bay a couple of doors down. Ambulance sirens and road noise 24/7.

My family and I had booked a 2 bedroom townhouse rather than a standard room that had the beds and everything else in one like most hotel rooms. After searching and then comparing all of the different hotels and what accommodation /facilities in rooms etc...... I had decided to book a 2 bedroom townhouse through Sombrero Comfort Inn & Suites as it had so much more to offer ie Kitchen, Dining room, Loungeroom, washer and Dryer aswell as 2 seperate bedrooms and surprisingly enough the price was affordable and value for money with so much more to offer in their accommodation than all of the other hotels which had everything all in one room for around the same if not more money. Overall I was quite surprised at how spacious it was upon arrival and the Reception staff were very polite and friendly and at last minute notice of an extra child they were extremely understanding and we were not charged any extra rate. 10/10 rating for a nice, relaxed and extremely affordable accommodation with so many shops only a stone's throw away ......Well done Sombrero Comfort Inn & Suites Prospect and Thankyou for providing such quality accommodation at such an affordable price 🙂

The only thing that I didn't like about our stay here was when I woke up and realised that we had to check out as it was our last day which meant it was the end of some much needed relaxation time for me 😒

Bed was very comfortable. Location excellent for taxi service to locations within Adelaide. Office staff very helpful re a couple of queries we had. Liked the lawn and tree right outside our room.

The only thing, relatively minor, is that our room was not made up for the final night. The reception person noted that this service has been outsourced to an outside company, and she'd speak to them about it it. Otherwise, fine.

The location

That all the beds were upstairs and the main bathroom. That you had to stand in the bathtub to have a shower. The shower curtain didn’t even reach all the way to stop water from the shower getting on the floor and so then that made the bathroom floor very slippery! Also the $200 for security bond is pretty high Would only expect this from a 5 star accomodation Because not like there is a mini bar or anything in the room that people may not pay for!

Great wifi. Comfortable beds, lots of hot water for a shower or bath, love 2 toilets. Close to supermarket and restaurants

The sound of the traffic early in the morning, the faint smell of curry in the lounge room and the smell of cigarettes in the dining room.

Perfect spot as we were traveling g to SA Hockey stadium everyday. Close to the city and some great bush walks. We were in a two bedroom suite which was very spacious.

Hot water needs a tempering valve or needs turning down somehow. Was way too hot and you could easily burn yourself. Forgot to mention it to the staff on my way out. Hope they read this.

Inside our room was clean and modern. Happy we got a two bedroom room, much easy to put kids to bed in a separate area. A very simple but decent place for a short term stay if you don't spend a lot of time in your accommodation.

Outside areas was a bit rough in places and sometimes the sirens from a nearby ambulance station were very loud.

Location was very good for our needs. Off street secure parking was good as well. Room space was excellent with plenty of room for our family. Bed was pretty good better the second night. Staff were polite and helpful.

Only downside was shower water pressure. Unfortunately in upstairs room we had the shower pressure was very low. Only negative about whole stay.

The security it's not a very nice area lots of scummy drug users but the comfort of the lock gates and only card to access it's very comforting thankyou for the lovely stay

Just the cost it's a little expensive but with saying that it is a full villa plenty of room for everyone

Friendly reception staff. Secure parking. Clean facilities. Comfortable double bed. Toaster, electric kettle, microwave. Some cutlery, cereal bowls, cups and saucers but no plates. Conveniently located very close to several shopping centres

No safety deposit box. The position of the toilet bowl next to shower cubicle was awkward and cramped.
