The room was spacious enough for the three of us staying there. It served well as a comfortable place to sleep and hang out while we were there. It was a very convenient stay to where we were spending our weekend for a hockey tournament.

Not the hotel's fault, but some of the other people staying had loud music playing for hours in the middle of the night, and their cigarette smoke could be smelt through the door. The nighttime road works were a little disruptive to our sleep, and there was no prior notice made to us before our stay that this was going on. These things can't really be avoided, so overall pleased with our stay.

Was very happy with rooms...shame it didn't have a restaurant on site.

Didnt like the fact when we got back from dinner the carpark outside our room was taken and carpark outside our second room had a small trailer jutting out so we werent able to park in it we had to park else where.

The staff were very friendly. Our room was very crisp and clean. We were surprised and excited to hear our room had been upgraded to a King bed, it was a very welcomed gift as it was my birthday getaway! The staff took our feedback about our shower door scraping but nothing we were worried about.

The noise of the traffic, SOMETHING THAT CAN NOT BE HELPED. We live in a rural area so just a personal preference!

Ask for a ground floor , got it. Only to find that we had to climb over high wall and step down into a decommissioned spa bath to shower. Very Hard to get into and dangerous to get out off.

Location for North of Adelaide is good. Reception shaff were great and resolved issues immediately, though I suspect this was the norm.

Apartments above reception should be avoided as they are too noisy from traffic. Hot water takes forever to reach the shower, I am talking minutes. Attention to detail by cleaning staff is lacking. Did not make bed, did not clean bathroom, did not refreah tea and coffee and left only one towel.

Convenient location, room was clean (with one exception - detailed in the other section) and well appointed. Really comfortable as well. Plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

There was a crack on the floor of the bath that had been fixed badly with silicon and was full of black mould. It was quite off-putting.

The cabin was in an excellent position within the complex. Very quiet and away from traffic noise. It was spacious and provided all that was needed. The bathroom looked new and was clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

The floor under the table and chairs had a build up of dust etc. There were also some crumbs on the lounge. Also when it was windy there was a banging noise coming the the back of the building.

Clean facilities, for longer stay the aircon only cools the front room the way it was situated. So got quite warm during the night as we were working during the day.

Cold and no extra blankets in the room soap pump in the shower did not work - broken too long for hot water in the shower - 15 minutes before it got hot.

Almost everything was fantastic. The gentleman at the desk was nice and friendly. The room was spacious with a great deal of storage space if you are staying for longer periods. The bed was comfy with plenty of room to sprawl out. My room had a carpark right in front of the door so I didn't have to find it in a larger carpark. Even the couch in the room was comfortable! The aircon heat up the room perfectly. Overall - a good room. I would happily book here again.

I didn't like the bathroom. They need a bit of a renovation. The space was filled with a decommissioned spa bath that you had to climb in and out of to use the shower. The bath mat supplied to stop you from slipping in the shower looks about 30 years old. And because so much of the space is filled with the useless spa bath, the space for the toilet was crazy small. If you have any extra squish on you - it is not going to be a great experience. The blinds on the front of the room were okay but I was concerned of people walking past - as they has a clean view of the bed.
