Staff were great and friendly, helped out everytime we had an inquiry. The beds were comfortable. Sink big enough for doing dishes even though we didn’t book a kitchen room. As we had travelling picnic dishes from lunch on the road. Location close to every thing you need or want to explore if you have a car. Free washer and drier for guests was excellent when we have been travelling on road with kids for a couple of weeks. Feels very safe and we found it quiet even though beside a main road.

The bathroom design is small and tucked behind entrance door. I hurt my elbow (which is in recovery from a prior injury) twice. Due to door not being able to recess all the way back, making entrance width smaller.

It was better than we expected. The beds were the most comfortable beds. The room temperature was perfect. It had all the neccessary amenities in the room which made the trip easier. We were travelling behind schedule along the great Ocean road and staff called to check we would make it in time. It turned out they closed earlier than we thought, but they made the effort to call and arranged to leave key accessible and provided me with after hours number if we had any issues on arrival. That was great service. Very generous and thoughtful.

Pillows were too big.

Dinner at the Henty restaurant was terrific. The girls who made hubby's cocktails were great, food was exceptional. Room was good (only a couple negatives-showers in adjoining rooms very noisy, 1 neighbour had a shower at 12.30 which woke me. And opposite wall, could hear snoring at 3am) but facilities good otherwise. Was nice to have some Foxtel channels available on the TV. And the sofa in the room was a great place to relax without "lying on the bed".

The room was clean and well presented on arrival. The bed was comfortable and there were facilities to make tea and coffee. The restaurant was clean, well presented and the staff were exceptional. We ate one breakfast and two dinners there.

On the second day I had to ask for fresh towels but otherwise the service was exceptional. It would have been nice to know what services were available to us such as local eateries and maybe the main attractions that are very popular in the area.

On arrival the reception area looked like it had been done up and was like walking into a 5 star hotel. When I got to the room, it was old and dated. Could definitely do with a freshen up. The hot water in the shower was great and good flow. Bed and pillows were very comfy. comfortable couch. There is an indoor pool but it isnt heated and is in a ramshackle shed building.

No table and chairs in the room to eat or sit at. Remote control for tv worked sporadically and was hard to understand the tv channels. Pool wasnt heated despite being indoors

booking and checkin was smooth and hassle free, we arrived very late and I had to ring the after hours number - disturbing the person who answered (sounded like I woke them up) but they were so polite and friendly - which honestly made me feel comforted (they had such a calm and reassuring voice). The room was perfect! Clean and beds very comfy, Nice bathroom and lovely spacious shower.

Perhaps there could be something in the booking about what to do if arriving late, such as after hours number or if there's an after hours key box. Because I was quite stressed I couldn't email or phone and had missed the call from reception. Later after hearing the message they left I think it would have been good if they also mentioned the after hours number or emailed me instructions about how to access room.

Our recent stay at this motel exceeded all expectations, especially considering the affordable price. From the moment I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The overall value for money was outstanding, making this motel an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The rooms was exactly like described on the website and same as the pictures included. Clean, modern, with all facilities that one would need. Check-in and check-out was very fast and easy, staff was really friendly. The location's great, and considering the quality and facilities, it's really great value for money.

If you are a light sleeper, there might be some slight noise which can disturb you (from adjoining rooms, and/or from traffic).

We stayed in the premium suite because we wanted a room with a spa. The room was clean (and cleaned every day which we really appreciated as however much we tried to rinse off outside we still managed to tromp sand in from our lake and beach adventures). The aircon worked really well. We loved the courtyard attached to our room because we could leave our wetsuits and togs outside to dry. We used the pool once and the spa in our room a lot.

Nothing, our stay was wonderful!

The overall facility is obviously old, but the room has been updated. The bathroom featured a large shower space, and even if it did look a bit dated, it was obviously clean. We had a comfortable bed and the shower was hot, the pressure was good and there was room to move in the double room. I am told, the twin room had a shower over a bath. It is a generous-sized room which gave us some room to spread out, which was much appreciated.

The walls are very thin and we were able to hear what was being said on the TV in that room and some conversations, and I am sure they heard us, however, everyone seemed very considerate and it was quiet by a reasonable time. This could also be due to being an adjoining room with connecting doors and wouldn't be an issue if family was in the neighboring room.
