To be honest I was a little dubious on arrival. The motel looked a bit run down and shabby. But the welcome was genuine and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. There were little extras like plates and cutlery and glasses, which was very handy. Our dog could stay which is the main reason we picked the motel along with handy location. Although it was right on the highway we couldn’t hear the traffic in our room. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. It could do with a lick of paint on the outside to freshen it up a bit, but overall we were happy with our stay and would return the next time we are in the area.

Very friendly and helpful proprietor. They are gradually renovating the property. We stayed in one of the recently decorated rooms. Some of the linen was well worn but clean, microwave, fridge and tea & coffee facilities provided plus a jug of fresh milk brought to room, no air con only a window fan. Excellent place for one night stop.

It looks a bit dated and run down from the road, swimming pool area being re landscaped not in use.

Exceptional value. Comfortable bed, renovated bathroom with an amazing shower. Microwave, toaster and kettle as well as cups, wine and drinking glasses and plates,bowls cutlery etc for two. Quality Samsung tv, worked well. Fresh milk was supplied in a jug. A two seater sofa made tv viewing very comfortable. Solid walks between the rooms made it a very quiet stay .

good sized room, well thought out with multiple access to electricity outlets, good range of channels on tv - pretty much the best in Horsham. the cabins in caravan parks are terrific too. excellent shower, excellent bed with elec blanket

WiFi temperamental (my obsession-why can't Horsham motels provide reliable WiFi? it shld be standard, people often need to do work on line when they get to a motel), heater in bathroom, weird but effective enough, a bit far from city centre,

Very clean with crockery, cutlery and wine glasses for 2. Room warm, comfy bed and good hot shower. Great that we could have the dog stay with us. Great stop over enroute to Melbourne. Had take out from Thai restaurant which very tasty. Would stop again.

V strong smell of cigarettes in reception which gave very poor first impression but thankfully no issue in room

The main reason we booked this motel is because it had a pool and was a cheap stay for just a 1 night stopover while heading for home. The bed was comfy. Large size room. Some updates had been done. Nice owners.

The place needs some maintenance around the garden and pool area. No WI-FI, no Netflix. We only stayed one night so it wasn't a problem. We just used our phones if we has to.

An older property sure, but one that had been nicely decorated and was spotlessly clean. The water was hot, the bed comfy and I was surprised by how little traffic noise there was. Owners also understood the need for accommodating dogs who travel with their owners. We advised early that our dog was coming too and they were very welcoming.

Having to get up at 6 to travel to the next leg of the journey

The stay was so comfortable and the property exceeded my expectations because it was so well priced. I expected it to be very basic and found it exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff left everything I needed because we arrived later than we had planned due to weather conditions, so checkin was so very simple. All our needs were met with a minimum of fuss and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I prefer a shower with a door rather than a curtain, but hey, that's just me being fussy! If that's all I can find that's less than ideal, it's very pleasing, particularly at this price point!

Unassuming from the front, I was pleasantly surprised to find a delightful, freshly renovated room that was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's a 20-minute walk to the town centre, which was fine for me but might not be for everyone. I liked it and would consider booking again.

Good size room and bathroom. Loads of bench space, enough towel rails and hooks. We had a late check-in and were still made to feel very welcome at 11pm. Nothing fancy but 11 out of 10 for facilities and value.

If I had to find something, the pillow was a bit hard for me, but that's a very individual thing.
