We liked the size, cleanliness and comfort of the room. The location was great, not too far out of town, but not too close. We liked the pool and barbecue facilities and had a barbecue one evening.

There wasn’t really anything that we didn’t like, except the room didn’t get cleaned, possibly because the label flew off the door handle in the wind. It didn’t get cleaned again on the Sunday because it’s not cleaned on Sundays (I understand that’s a policy) other than that there wasn’t really anything.

Great location - easy to explore the surrounding areas. Room was large enough for us to spread out comfortably for our five day stay. We liked being able to park right in front of the door.

Every time we went into the front office, we were asked if we wanted to eat in the attached restaurant. It must have been a slow week pre-Christmas and they were eager for business. But it was very off-putting to be asked every time. The staff was great and helpful except for that.

Great location, friendly staff, room was larger than expected. Spa worked well. Great block out blinds in the front windows.

blinds next to the bed let light in as soon as the sun came up and it was beaming straight into my face. There was a designated area for smokers, but we noticed the staff smoking near the room during the house keeping round.

All in all the Best Western Chaffey was well equipped, reasonable sized room and comfortable bed. The dinner at the local restaurant was excellent. The reception was most welcoming as was the service in the diner.

The leather chair in the room was very uncomfortable. Need one more towel for hair washing PS One of the bins in the room hadn’t been emptied from the last people staying…..

Well I booked this place as I have always enjoyed staying Best Western & the restaurant was on sites BUT....... was not told till I arrived it was closed as folling day was public holiday. Bit miffed but I got over it. Just would have appreciated a message saying it was closed

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was spotless. Pool was lovely. Easily accessible and close to shopping, restaurants, movie theatre and a host of other attractions. We plan to stay again.

The only thing was that the spa in the pool area doesn’t work 😕 a fairly minor inconvenience though.

Everything about this Motel was Excellent (and we’ve stayed in a lot of them in Mildura) but the staff were all outstanding and in particular Rachel who ran the breakfast buffet (amongst other roles) was simply the best way to start the day. Kudos to Rachel!

Clean & lovely spa room.

The noise of the cleaners early in the morning was rather rude and inconsiderate. I understand they have a job to do but the noise was insane. Also had a male worker, invade our space to put a new chair in our room whilst trying to get ready to check out. This could’ve waited.

WiFi was free. Very comfortable room and bed. a microwave, kettle, plates and cutlery were provided as well as the usual cups,, coffee and tea. Very clean room. Good breakfast. All staff were accommodating. Rachel was particularly friendly and welcoming at breakfast.

Nothing. Everything was good.

WiFi was patchy i assume because it was the last apartment and in the corner, not usually an issue but seemed like it was a dead spot for 4g on mobile (could have just been carrier issues at the time and obviously nothing to do with the property)
