This is a very good option for staying in Mildura on a budget. Lisa is a wonderful host and very welcoming. It's in a good location, not really walking distance to anything, but a short drive to town. The beds are quite comfortable and there are all the usual amenities in the rooms - kettle, toaster, coffee, tea, fridge, tv, etc. There's parking right outside the room doors and a little pool (I didn't use it). All in all, a very nice stay - thank you!

The rooms are a bit dated and the aircon whined a lot (it was during a heat wave, so that's fair enough) and there was a lot of light that came through the windows despite the blackout curtains. Nothing major, and just things you expect from more affordable accommodation options.

Absolutely amazing. From the host to the venue, its absolutely a great place to stay on a budget. I wasn't expecting much to be honest, I find motor inns and things like that to be run down. But I was pleasantly surprised. And as the winner for a Dr Who quiz recently on a cruise, I loved walking into the office to see Daleks everywhere.. should have a sign up "If you're a bad guest we will exterminate you" I will be staying here every time I come up to Mildura, and recommend anyone who needs a few nights to stay here.

Absolutely nothing, one of the better experiences I've ever had staying here

We really appreciated the attention to detail in this accommodation. From the quality towels and well set out bathroom to the comfortable bed and pillows, the hosts had thought of everything. For those who travel with their own breakfast supplies (like us) there was a full set of crockery and cutlery plus washing up supplies. Everthing in the room was thought through and we couldn't fault it.

The location isn't close to the main town but there are large shopping centres very close by. The room has floor to ceiling windows at the front so it would be useful to have net curtains for additional privacy.

Nice size room very clean, with micro wave and toaster, hairdryer, iron, electric blankets, good internet & good shower. Easy access to washing machine & dryer, On the main road into the centre of the city but very quiet. The host Lisa was lovely and I would recommend Mildura Motor Inn to others

Absolutely loved the spacious room and the comfortable beds.

The bathroom needs abit of attention behind the door and cupboards. It had marks from previous clients on both. And quite abit of dust. The pool could also do with a vacuum but due to it still being freezing cold I didn’t expect it to be perfect.

This was the best accommodation on my trip. The room was excellent. Great shower and all necessary bathroom aids provided. Nice and quiet and a good location.

One power point seemed a bit faulty. Ladies two doors up were chain smokers and the smoke smell seemed to linger outside. (I had to make sure that my door was fully closed.

This is a budget 'motel' so you get what you pay for ... but you get a lot here. Good large clean room, comfortable bed, nice clean and functional bathroom, nice helpful staff. Great for an overnight stopover, but I could have stayed for several nights if staying in town for longer. Supermarket and club close by.

The air conditioner unit above the bed was noisy. However it was very effective in the hot weather we experienced during our stay. The swimming pool steps are slippery and caused a fall. Maybe need a handrail or non slip steps.

Greeted by friendly and very helpful staff (possibly the owners) Could park directly outside our ground floor room. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Had a couch which my husband loved. Had Foxtel channels which gave us more options. Great location - shopping centre just a few doors down the road and great restaurant (Botanica) across the road. Even though it was on a busy road it seemed like a quiet and safe neighbourhood.

The decor was a little dated. Bathroom was a little tight.

very spacious, clean and well equiped rooms. quiet setting off the main road into to Mildura. A bit out of town, but there are some good places to shop and eat nearbye - especially the vietnamese place only 300-400 m away. Had to change arrival dates due to changed plans due to floods in NSW, and owners were very helpful.

Bloody SMOKERS!!!!!. The one bad thing about this place is that it still allows smokers on balconies. When we unpacked the car some bloke was sitting under the lower verandah smoking near us. Then someone else was smoking on their upper floor balcony in the evening and morning, so we couldnt use ours without getting their second hand smog. Would have given the place a 9 rating other than for this.
