Such a great space for 2 adults, and 2 young children. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Loved the privacy of where our rooms were positioned. Fantastic service from receptionist on arrival, very helpful with any requests. Had a great experience overall.

Couldn't get the gas stove to work to make my kids pasta. Could hear the TV/guests talking in the next cabin through the bedroom wall when trying to sleep at 11pm which was very annoying.

The location was perfect. Room was just off of the pool so had a lovely view, if we had been there longer than overnight it would have been perfect for a dip with the weather having been so hot. Was clean and beds were comfortable.

The step into the shower was a little risky and the lighting could have been a little brighter but otherwise no complaints!

The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen facilities are fresh and clean. The kitchenette is handy for simple food prep meals rather than going out for every meal.

The bathroom layout is tight. (The full-length mirror is hard to access behind the bathroom door - I’d put one in the main room for easier access). Traffic was a bit noisy till late from our room. (Maybe better in rooms further back from the road).

Stayed in room 18 was better than anticipated. Bedrooms large. bedding/pillows very comfortable

Car from another room parked outside our room and very noisy starting his engine at 6.am every morning, also leaked oil that was trampled into our room. not your fault. Just ignorance from other guest

We booked an apartment as we were 3 people traveling together. As a couple we got the king size bed which was very comfortable. Our brother in-law got the double bed which he said was also comfortable but maybe a bit small. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our breakfasts and fresh milk was provided along with coffee and tea by the motel. Good value!

We had to ask for a third towel even though they new we would be 3 people but it was supplied right away buy the friendly receptionist.

Communication with the host, parking right outside the front door to the room, the shower was amazing after a long day of driving. Despite being next to the main road, it was relatively quiet. Massive, comfortable bed - could do with more pillows though

Maybe have an additional couple of pillows on the bed. Everything else was great!!

Size of room and we’ll set up for self contained purposes. Convenient location across from shops. Fresh towels and housekeeping every day

Everything - the staff were all lovely and the 2 bedroom Apartment was fantastic, clean and new.

Loved everything but if I had to one thing the pools really need some Sort of cover or shade over them. Just for the kiddies. Apart from that it was fantastic!

Staff greeted us outside of hours and were quite helpful. The room was clean and tidy and we were given fresh real milk for tea and coffee (not long life stuff). We wnt into town to eat at the Spanish Grill at the Grand Hotel. It was amazing food, albeit a tad expensive. Perfectly cooked steak, delicious truffle mash. Hint: sides are big enough to be shared.) We later bought a bottle of the wine we had with dinner because we really liked it. Glass cost $15 at dinner, bottle cost $15 online.

Our room adjoined another room and there was a bit of noise invasion. We could hear their conversations and what they were watching on tv.

Always super lovely staff and good location

We’ve stayed a few times and this time, our room wasn’t as nice as previously as the shower head was super loose and wouldn’t stay put and the toilet roll holder was super loose and almost falling off. Also under the bed wasn’t cleaned as I found old food and deodorant underneath…
