Very clean and secluded. Well maintained. Layout and design was excellent. Quiet location. Very close to shops etc. We were given the top floor which was just awesome. Very good views among the trees. Buddy at the Ranges café is very friendly and the owner let us pet him. He is a good boy!

A bit more kindling would have helped. On very cold nights the lack of a large electric heater can be a problem. The two small heaters did keep the chill away. Oh and a metal tube to blow into the embers to get the fire going would have been handy!

spa , fire once we managed to light it .

very dark at night needed outside light , difficult to back the car out to go out for a meal . l tried to call and left a message when we arrived but got no reply. the fire was ready to start but there were to matches or lighter . we tried to started it by using the stove hot plates but they didn’t work. so we had to go out & try to find a shop to get some matches . breakfast was lovely. & the spa was great

Absolutely stunning! The property itself and the surroundings are so serene and relaxing. Loved the spa and the overall cleanliness of the property. Perfect location and close to shops, restaurants and cafes. The breakfast vouchers provided by the host was also a lovely gesture - thank you so much! We will definitely be staying here again!

Toilet has a leak

The breakfast place was walking distance, across from Treetops at Lochiel. Lovely staff and nice breakfast at Rangers each morning. We had a voucher for 2, for each day of our stay. As it was surrounded by shops, it was nice to have a walk around, afterwards.

A couple more small soaps or bath salts ,as we had a spa bath in the bath room, a minor thing!

This property was breathtaking in every way. Very clean, owner Alan is very responsive and helped us to extend our stay an extra night! The hot tub & fireplace are incredible, this truly felt like a home outside of home - so much so that we didn’t want to leave.

We got to stay in Treetop Cottage 1. It was in excellent condition, very clean and accommodating. Each level was spacious and cosy. Also great outdoor views from each level. It was relaxing to spend time in the spa after a walk or being out and about. Firewood was provided for the fireplace, in which we didn't need to go out and buy. Perfect location, very close to town centre, walking distance. Glad we chose to stay here for our long weekend getaway.

Great location, lovely breakfast at Ranges cafe. The cottage was lovely and spa bath divine.

Cobwebs around the top of chimney /ceiling of bedroom, only as i have a slight phobia about spiders so creeped me out a little staring up at them. Very high ceiling so understand hard to reach to clear away.

The overall vibe is unexplainable. Absolute heaven!

The entry was a little dark and hard to see. Maybe a brighter light? It was also difficult to get out and judge traffic. Maybe a mirror on the opposite side for safety.

Great location and and had an awesome feel about the place

The bathroom door wouldn’t shut, the toilet roll holder was broken and the wood fire latch was broken but didn’t effect our stay just thought you should know

Very nice cabin. Subsidised breakfast at nearby Ranges restaurant was very good. Nice location and cabin, generous amount of wood and kindling to start the fireplace, and was clean and tidy. Good amount of items available in the kitchen for us to cook our own proper dinner. Super friendly local wildlife came to say hello on the balcony too which was great.

Bit of road noise nearby, could be nice to have more vegetation separating the cabins and road, helping to make it feel more secluded too, but it wasn't too bad. Preferred the smaller 3 level cabins (from a previous stay) and their more intimate and homely feel, rather than this bigger one, but that's just personal preference, there was nothing wrong with it. (No bathroom door a bit odd though lol)
