A very welcoming place - beautifully renovated and designed with both warmth and practicality in mind. Exceptional personalised service throughout our stay - including delicious breakfasts in the stunning dining room and a dinner there one night also - we were able to bring along two local guests who were very impressed with all the dishes and drinks and especially the friendly, knowledgeable service. We will all be recommending the Drift Hotel as an incredible place to stay in Port Fairy. 5 Stars all round 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Madi was exceptional in her customer service. She was attentive, attuned, friendly and helpful- the highlight of our trip. Room was fantastic and the attention to detail was fantastic. Beautiful facility

There were ants in our room but really a non-issue with Madi addressing immediately. Our parking location wasn't as convenient as other rooms but I'm really struggling to come up with something we didn't like!

Our room was exceptional, thoughtfully designed with some interesting architectural features. The theme carried on into the lounge/dining room which is light filled and beautifully furnished. The breakfasts and dinner ( if you’re lucky enough to be staying on one of the evenings when dinner is served) are exceptional, and the staff are friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. An outstanding small luxury hotel.

From the moment I arrived I felt the warm welcome and peaceful atmosphere. The staff are so welcoming and wonderful. The food is excellent along with the cocktails . The room have a sense of calm and tranquility that is wonderful. Colleen and all the staff have made a beautiful welcoming experience I would definitely visit again .

Wonderful property in a great location. Fantastic amenities, though I couldn't take advantage of them due to a medical emergency, for example didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, which others have raved about. Great communication too, we saw some additional sights due to Colleen's helpfull advice.

Mixup with the numbers on the booking which caused unnecessary stress on both sides.

The drift house is an exquisite luxury property. Our suite was large and appointed with designer furnishings and finishes. The property is perfectly located to the beach and the downtown neighborhood. The service was exceptional. Dinner on property was a treat.

Stunning interior design and architecture! Modern industrial design interior meets Victorian architecture. The architectural details are stunning from custom joinery to pressed metal details to door mats set into the flooring. Suite 5 was massive - half the size of the Victorian cottage with a freestanding bath in the room, where I enjoyed a soak and a stunning bathroom with Burberry inspired stone tiles, full length stone shower bench and skylight over the shower. All suites are unique. The bed was massive and was like sleeping on a cloud😎. We didn’t want to leave the suite. We enjoyed a lovely meal for dinner as well as a delicious breakfast.

Breakfast could also include a hot traditional style breakfast such as Bacon & Eggs.

The location was fantastic. The room was everything we wanted and more. We went to the restaurant on site and the food was just amazing. The staff are extremely attentive.

We loved everything. There is literally nothing to improve on across the board. Many other places need to lift to this standard.

If I was to choose something that was disappointing it would be that there was no slippers especially as the weather was cold.

Breakfasts were exceptional, both health & taste wise. I accidentally dropped a small plate in the room & this was no problem when I let the hosts know. Close walking proximity to Port Fairy Festival & everything else in Port Fairy we hardly used the car. Room was lovely, spacious with comfortable bed & we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay.
